Bio-weapons/Neuroscientist expert Dr. James Giordano admits that NATO is experimenting with 'Dust Clouds' that can cause brain-bleeds and strokes indiscriminately. Giordano describes it as a 'long-war' weapon as not everyone has brain-bleeds straight away with their health deteriorating over time.
