What generates probable cause to affect or effect what evolves forward, next, as a whole? It is a rhetorical question not one looking for your incomplete answer or one sided interpretation.

You (and all the liberals in Congress and the media) really are stupid.  Probable cause is nothing more than a reasonable suspicion.  There is more than enough circumstantial evidence to have concern.  The liberal lap dogs in the media have been asking for concrete evidence.  Really?  The purpose of an investigation is to get concrete evidence.

And remember, impeachment IS NOT a criminal process.  They don't need probable cause.
