Instead of just releasing these criminals on the streets of Texas, why aren't they shipping them to New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Franciso, Portland, Seattle, St Louis, New Orleans and Baltimore? 

Migrants Released Into Streets in Arizona as Facilities Overwhelmed.
