St. Pierre Salaam Habeeb Count de Cocoa Muffin announced at yesterday's Press Briefing that Joe Biden will be able to resume his normal Presidential duties following a brain scan that showed little or no activity. 
"The President,  a former Neurological Surgeon himself,  was able to assist Doctors at Walter Reed Hospital in the diagnosis and will return to work after a short vacation."

I'm not sure if that's supposed to be good news... a brain scan that showed little or no activity.. so it's no problem for braindead to resume his 'normal' duties..

it's perfectly fine; as long as he can do his normal duty to read his marching orders!
