1. Cleanse the military of EID. 2. Replace all Secretaries of the Army, Navy, etc. including Sec. of Defense. 3. Limit the number of Lt. Generals and remove all special appointments that these people get to retain rank. 4. Bring back the draft. Women should be drafted. 5. All new commisions should be made reserve force. Regular Army commissions will only be made to service academy graduates. 6. Training standards should be re-instituted to the previous levels. No more slackers being passed into combat arms. 7. Get rid of all civilians doing work that could be done by military. 7. Increase pay and benefits. 8. Limit number of combat deployments.

I'm good with bringing back the draft.  But, I think we need to draft our incarcerated prisoners first, of course under new Army Regulations:

• The Sergent will now be called the SC - Shot Caller
• The Shot Caller can swiftly, and safely execute any draftee for insubordination. 
• Any draftee who needs to be executed will be dumped off on the front porch of his nearest relatives in a cardboard box, with an invoice for transportation and an ammunition charge.
• The Shot Caller serves at the pleasure of a regular army officer, lieutenant-colonel, who will now be referred to as the "Capo". The Capo can order the swift execution of any draftee or group of draftees exhibiting contempt, despise, dishonorable behavior or insubordination toward superior officers. 
• But, before an insubordinate draftee can be executed, they must first be kneecapped in one knee and forced to complete the APFT in under 1 hour.... or be executed.

I think that would work.  Plenty of people to go fight the Commies worldwide.

None of this probably matters any more anyway.
Leadership of the world is globalized. That's why the anti-Trump is so wide spread.
Any wars will be just for population control.  After so many lives are distinguished, the war will be settled..
The powers in charge keep producing war toys and keeping the victims of war toys busy and fed so the ec/economy stays upbeat enough for the elites to enjoy.

Didn't work when draft was going on, didn't work without the draft.
