No sense in wasting more money.....institute a lottery system where every government employee is given a number and have weekly drawings, if your number comes up, you're gone. I predict in less than a week, the remaining clowns will be able to work out a solution.

They all know that once an agreement is reached, they'll all be paid in full for whatever number of days they've had sitting on their asses!
