did the scum bag realtor , that sold you the house, reveal the city debt, which is a lien on the property? before buying property, first check out the city and county debt ratio.

That's right.  So, word of advice - never, NEVER buy a home in a county where there is a big city and/or a large number of ******.  Stay far away from big cities, because eventually their big city problems will be YOUR PROBLEM.
 

Well.. not going to be a problem in most places out West.
