What is stopping you from doing this?

Would you have the police spend all of their time and resources on this? Its not exaggeration.. in most cities, if they were to arrest and police every instance of homelessness.. they would have zero time/energy left for anything else. Its simple reality.. like it or not.

Russia and China have this figured out.
Its why their streets/parks are free from tents, addicts, homeless....and their cities, streets, sidewalks are so clean.


1. folks know they will be arrested. No choice.
2. those who are picked up are given two options.
a. jail, or...
b. take a job keeping cities clean and receive a small check and tiny apartment/flat.


In America, the problem will never be solved - just like most problems.

I still agree with this.  However, I want to mention something.  When I was a teen, me and my buds liked to F- with bums when we'd go into town.  Nothing violent, just would scream things at them like get a job, lazy bum, worthless whatever.  Sure, they were alcoholics and drug addicts, and sure at some point they likely did this to themselves. 

But, I was wrong.  We were wrong. While I may or may not feel any obligation to help these pour souls, it is amoral to try and worsen their plight.  Their lives are hard, painful and basically already a living hell.  When my dad found out about this, he gently explained why what we were doing was wrong to the core and would only serve to rot our own souls. My dad didn't preach the bible to me.  He just said, each bum was once someone's little boy.  You don't know what happened to make them the way they are today.  So, if you can't find it in your heart to help them, then at least don't make it worse for them.
 

A lot of them are military vets.
Shameful the way we treat the people that defend our country.

Damn!!!  That would mean the poleece would have to get off their asses and out of the donut shops because they damn sure aren't fighting violent crimes like looting, murders, etc...

Round up all the worthless street dwellers and put them in tent cities out in the desert and tell them to fend for themselves or whatever.

Vaccines and follow up drugs = ADD-ADHD, autism, neurological auto immune, cancer, etc.

   The politicians and corporation commune group leaders will bug out and off after they blow your money over on the other side of the world leaving you with expensive or unobtainable food, fuel, wood for fireplace heat, transportation. Most cities are not willing to build the 3rd item into their budgets. All cities have homeless but some more than others and it always comes down to budgets. If you honestly want to know what cities have the most homeless.. google searches are not your friend. The statistics given on the sites that you find are based on models.. meaning that they are guesses. If you want an actual count.. you go to the city government directly. Having done so myself because i am a data analyst/programmer.. care to guess what 3 have the most per capita?

US Cities/govts ALWAYS have the money for what they make a priority.  

Russia/China made this issue a priority 20 years ago.  And they resolved it.

But.. but... SF has to be in there. Not on a per-capita basis. Now, these numbers are as of dec. 31, 2022. Most cities only do the count once per year. Why would they do this? You need a count not an estimate for certain budget items.
