So, if the "Climate catastrophe" was actually a real thing, bye-DONE would be spending money to control flooding on the Mississippi being "caused by globull warming". But instead, he would rather keep the war going in order to appease someone he needs to be on his side once the IMPEACHMENT comes down.

Wonder if Zelenski will be testifying on bye-DONE's behalf??
