It isn't a crime to question an election,but after numerous recounts,audits and court cases saying it wasn't stolen asking the question over and over again is simply traitorous.

But Barry asked the key question.  "Is it a crime to question an election."   

Garland had to answer "no".  If he had answered yes then many democrats would have been guilty of a crime.  In the last few years the dems have questioned election results over 150 times.  Trump did it once and the dems want to hang him.

The question itself was a good question.  But, his lead-up and inability to speak clearly seemed a bit amateurish compared to what I've seen Cruz do.

What I would have liked to have seen Moore do is go back to the time that Hillary Clinton lost and then challenged the election.

• After that election, Hillary called President Trump an “illegitimate president”
• Hillary Clinton considered challenging the 2016 election and said  "I don’t know if there’s any legal constitutional way to do that. I think I can raise questions about the legitimacy of the election”
• Hillary Clinton accuse Trump of stealing the 2016 election.
• Hillary got Jimmy Carter to accuse Trump of "losing the 2016 election claiming Trump was put in office by the Russians"
• Hillary even  compared her election loss to “applying for a job and getting 66 million letters of recommendation and losing to a corrupt human tornado."
• Then, Hillary Clinton supporters took to the streets in cities across America to riot against the outcome of that election.  They destroyed lots of property and many people were injured.
• Hillary Clinton Supporters issued death threats against Trump, who was the President Elect.
• Clinton election deniers blocked major highways attacked and battered innocent people.

Then ask Merrick Garland if he joined Bill Clinton's Administration as deputy assistant attorney general in 1993.
And, whether it was Bill Clinton who nominated Garland to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia

Then, ask Garland whether Hillary Clinton had the legal right to call Trump an illegitimate president. Did she have the right to claim Russians put Trump in office. Did she have the right to challenge the legitimacy of the presidency, as she claimed she did.  And, whether she should have been held personally accountable for the rioting that took place by Democrats following the 2016 election. 

Just a little work by Lazy Barry could have helped him out there. Ted Cruz would have done his homework.  Ted Cruz would have been ready for Garland.  Unfortunately, Barry Moore was not.
