Per a report from WBFF-TV’s Project Baltimore, a mother was excited to see her 17-year-old senior son nearing graduation when she abruptly learned that he was actually going to be sent back to the ninth grade after only passing three classes in four years at the Augusta Fells Savage Institute of Visual Arts on the city’s west side.
A school of "visual arts" cannot be much of a school.

It's the best example of why the next president should entirely abolish the federal Dept. of Education and return those billions to the states, as the 10th Amendment requires.

They've done nothing but drive down the quality of education over the past 50 years and every parent of a school-age child is well aware of it!
