ELECTRICITY SUPPLY SHUT DOWN IN FIVE REGIONS. DESTRUCTION OF NATO CARGO, MILITARY BASES, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKSHOPS AND AIR DEFENSE BATTERIES.
