I have a feeling that a huge crash is about to go down. My gut tells me by the end of October, all hell will break loose. I am thinking many mortgage companies and banks will tank. If this is the case, I'd like to see about buying some PUTS on it. If you aren't familiar with that, PUTS is betting against the company. You are betting that their stock will decrease. If it goes toward a specified parameter, then you profit.

There have been studies where chimps predict stocks better than the pros.
It's largely guess work unless you have insider info like Pelosi.

Same feeling. Stock advice won't help. Invest in 15000 spf sunscreen. Apparently, my son. When our oldest grandson was born, he purchased 100 shares of Apple at $43 per ($4,300) for him. They benefited from the 4:1 split in 2020 and today it is $176 per ($70,400). Kid hasn't earned an income in his life and his net wealth increased 1,637.2%.
