In Hawaii that might be considered cheap.  Here  in East Tennessee...REG is $3.48...thats not to bad since milk is almost $5 a gallon.

$3.09 is the cheapest

Most around me are around $3.30

Big fluctuations are common here

Texas averaging

Reg - 3.40

Prem - 4.10

Don't live in the desert.  It is $3.89 here.  My itty bitty Spark takes a month to get through my 8 gallon gas tank.
