Trump defrauded banks. 

The banks evidently hired appraisers who did not do their jobs but instead listened to how Trump valued his properties. 

Then after the banks made a ton of money off the deals as the loans were paid back in full, they never raised any concern. 

But since everything ended up being a win win for all, a judge in NY decided to press charges after statute of limitations were up. 

No crime, no victim. Weird. 

Is it illegal to do business in chyna?

And, what has the DOJ done?  Not a damn thing.  The DOJ is every bit as crooked as Joe Biden.  It makes me wonder how much actually kickbacks and bribes FBI members and DOJ appointees have been extorting from others. There has to be a good reason why they won't act on this evidence of Joe Biden corruption.  The only thing I can surmise is that the DOJ/FBI operatives have engaging in extortion, bribery and racketeering for decades.

Wait, wait, wait a minutes here, Independent.  So, Trump did not defraud any banks.  Appraisers hired by the banks just didn't do their jobs.  By your own statements, your own admissions, Trump didn't commit any fraud. The Bank's appraisers did, or perhaps just got it wrong - I don't know if getting it wrong is "fraud".  Perhaps you can explain.
