This is my signature thread where I post about a variety of issues that interest me instead of starting a bunch of new threads.

I can't start many new threads because there is a sick psycho stalker on this forum who destroys every thread I start.

Meanwhile The Chosen One and Democrats are running a $1.6 trillion deficit and refusing to cut spending.Another lie, the president has put forth proposals for major cuts.Everytime a republican mentions the word "deficit" they look like such a fool b/c every single one of their heroes were for EXPLODING the deficitby pushing the Bush tax cuts for the rich to the tune of $3.9 trillion.$3.9 TRILLION.That's the name of that tune.

Not only spending wastefully, but as if its funding is in an abundance. All of which is fueled by taxpayer money. Yet despite this, you want the taxpayer to pay even MORE into their foolish ways? Yes, this makes absolute sense!Your wife always charges up your credit card. You're constantly being left with more and more debt via these credit cards. Rather than her coming to the realization she is spending far too much on ridiculous things, she demands that you get a better paying position and continue to bleed out for her spending needs as you near your debt ceiling.Use your brain for once. It IS quite useful and it DOES serve a purpose besides spouting the same crap over, and over, and over, and over, and over - Mr. bad wordBROKENRECORD.

It isn't very nice to make a joke about having mentally ill people shipped off to die when you hold that kind of public office. Joke or not, at least he made it apparent he is a completely heartless douchebag. I'm surprised he isn't running on a democrat platform actually.

Rotsa ruck.Everytime a republican mentions the word "deficit" they look like such a fool b/c every single one of their heroes were for EXPLODING the deficitby pushing the Bush tax cuts for the rich to the tune of $3.9 trillion.$3.9 TRILLION.That's the name of that tune.Hey moonbat, that was over a 10 year period or so. Obama's deficit is $1.6 trill this year alone. Not only that, because federal revenues had risen to record levels Clinton's last year in office causing a serious recession, the country needed a tax cut to restore the economy, as it did.And last, the money belongs with the Americans who earned it, not for Beltway politicians to spend.

Wisconsin Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald speaks the truth:If we win this battle, and the money is not there under the auspices of the unions, certainly what youre going to find is President Obama is going to have a much more difficult time getting elected and winning the state of Wisconsin. And there it is in a nutshell. It has nothing to do with budget issues. It's all about politics. Karl Rove recently admitted the same thing. They tell us that it's the teachers, and other state workers that are the cause of all our fiscal problems, and you right wing flying monkeys buy that crap hook line and sinker.Meanwhile the fat cats on Wall Street are laughing at you. They tanked our economy, and got off scott free, and now are making more money than ever.Talk about shared sacrifice. What did these Wall Street bastards have to sacrifice? They sold what they knew was worthless paper, drove our economy off a cliff, and not one of them has gone to jail for that.Instead we demonize **** teachers and nurses.

Not only would I cut some of our costs but I effectively eliminate these artificially created bases that the Democrats use to remain in power(main reason I don't like them). From there with power firmly consolidated and the ability to pass bills with great ease - I'd begin to dismantle various portions of the government that I find pointless, harmful, or just downright wasteful. Department of Education along with destroying every entitlement program for people below twenty-five and raising the requirements/age restrictions for those still under the umbrella of such. Then I'd take a hacksaw to the military budget.Of course, that's what I would do. Politicians can never be trusted to do the right thing so I'm not going to hold my breath and expect the result to be just that.

Quote "Maybe we should ship his *** off to Siberia." .....Naw, stick a helmet on him, shove him in a wheelchair, and let him sit in a mental ward for a while. He needs to become more tolerant, as any good liberal would quickly recognize, and I think that would be a step in the right direction.

Do you have any idea how un-American that sounds? You might feel more comfortable living under a dictatorship. What is your fix on the "un-American" thing? America is a Republic, which is meant to represent the people of given regions. Republicans have a base that by and large aligns themselves with it because Republicans often keep their interests best at heart. Granted, this is not always true but that is just the reality of any party in politics PERIOD. Democrats use artificially created bases like unions, illegals, minorities(through manipulation) to garner their own strength these days. Not long ago both Democrats and Republicans represented a great majority of Americans in some fashion or another - not just special interests that they would be willing to ruin this country for.I do have issue with the Republicans and business(that being said Democrats ALSO have this problem just look at Obama's funding) but again, that is an evil we'll have to face when we can. Me wanting parties that more closely resemble noble entities is hardly "un-American" in the least. The only reason right now I am set on seeing the annihilation of the Democratic party is because they no longer represent anything proper and good in this country. Their corruption is absolute without any real debate to be had on it.In their place, naturally, I hope a new party(s) blossom with more integrity and better messages for the people. Finally force the Republicans to consider their wrongs if they want to survive in the long run. Edited by Kelliak, 11 March 2011 - 06:35 PM.

The Democrats are the party of the poor, and the working/middle class, IOW labor. Republicans are the party of the rich and corporate America. You'll soon have your wish of 100% Republican rule, thanks to the Citizens United ruling and the dismantling of organized labor. You know what they say about being careful what you wish for.The only reason right now I am set on seeing the annihilation of the Democratic party is because they no longer represent anything proper and good in this country. You know what they say about being careful what you wish for.You mean they're the party of the wealthy that continue to feed the wealthy while the poor remain poor so that they can consolidate power? Minorities have never had their way of life improved, ever, in all of these years supporting the Democrats. Why? Because as long as minorities continue to think that the "man" is bringing them down, Democrats will be there for a shoulder to cry on. Words is all they have, not actions. They continue to defend unions to the up most because unions feed MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars(our money) into Democratic campaigns that many of us don't support. That in of itself is unconstitutional yet it continues to go on without anyone raising a red flag and tackling the issue. These so called "working class" are nothing but a bunch of lazy, overpaid crooks that can't hold a candle to the private sector employee more often than not.You need to wake up and smell the roses sweetheart before you get it in the *** raw and raunchy. BECAUSE IT WILL HAPPEN. I'm not saying go out here and start voting Republican. I am saying demand change in the Democratic party or demand for a new party to form whilst no longer supporting their out of control corruption. Otherwise, what the hell are you doing here? You're fighting for evil against something you consider evil. It's kind of backwards! Edited by Kelliak, 11 March 2011 - 06:47 PM.

Maybe you missed this part......And who is "The Monitor" - I just scanned the article but from what I understood your source (a website called "Think Progress") got the information from an e-mail that was going around. So assuming this confirmation was reported by "The Monitor" .... just what did his statement say? Was it a public statement? Can we get the text of it? Did he make the confirmation personally or was it from one of his staffers. Did they confirm the reported content of the conversation? Or just that there was a conversation.Pardon my skepticism, but I know how these things can get, especially when the information source is second, third, & fourth hand, & being reported by websites and organizations with a political agenda. That in of itself is unconstitutional yet it continues to go on without anyone raising a red flag and tackling the issue. If you belong to a union and you don't like them using your dues to fund Democrats, then I suggest that you get yourself a non-union job. No one is forcing you to work somewhere where you have to join a union. You have free chioce. You need to wake up and smell the roses sweetheart before you get it in the *** raw and raunchy. Okay. I'm done. I made the mistake of thinking that we could have a nice civil discussion. But, as usual, you reverted to character. You guys always do.
