I don't know what the rules are for staffing the CBO, but 1) they have a horrific track record and 2) it's too early to score the bill given the many stages it has to pass.


But the bottom line is this; unlike Obamacare where Dems intentionally gave the CBO false parameters that grossly underestimated Obamacare's cost, Repubs estimate will be relatively accuragte.

And second, their bill will be a success, unlike collapsing Obamacare.
