That's more utterly nonsensical than your usual bulls***.

If a prosecutor collects evidence against an accused criminal, then the world ends, and the evidence is never presented, it was evidence, Dim.

A jury verdict has nothing to do with that. :loco:

He's insane.

The collecting by a prosecutor is not what makes it evidence, dip ****. Journalists collected the evidence against dick nixon. Then congress took over and collected more - no prosecutor necessary.

The evidence that tRump colluded with ruskies was collected (and leaked) by spies within the government, empowered by that patriot act you've defended, *** hat. The fact that it is not sufficiently conclusive to take before a grand jury does not change that it is evidence, you blithering fool.

If you want to play semantic games in order to deny reality, go ahead, Dim. That's your typical stupid game.

A small mountain of sworn testimony, documents and factual material was collected against Clinton that would have been presented against him had a real trial occurred.

And it was strong enough for a slam dunk conviction.

There was no evidence even in the non-legal sense against Trump.

House intel committee says it's seen 'no evidence' that Obama wiretapped Trump Tower

The chairman of the House intelligence committee, Rep. Devin Nunes, said on Wednesday that the committee had not found any evidence to support President Donald Trump's claim that President Barack Obama had Trump Tower phones "tapped" before the election.

"We don't have any evidence that took place," Nunes said. "I don't think there was an actual tap of Trump Tower."

I have long conceded that he lies, Dim, so wtf are you babbling about?

But you always ignore my point that unlike, snicker, honest Obama, Trump is keeping most of his campaign promises.

Mentally unbalanced? Oh, so that's your new lie. Not nearly as good as that ridiculous lie about collaborating with the Russians. :\
Good luck selling that to Pa, Wisc and Mich voters, imbecile.

I never, EVER expected to find evidence that Obama directly ordered it, any more than he directly ordered the IRS to harass conservative groups.

Or to indict the former governor of Va.

Or to commit felonies by leaking classified info about Trump and associates.

Or directly ordered any of the many abuses of power committed over eight years.

Barry will get away with it, but he ain't innocent.

The House Intelligence Committee is asking former Obama administration officials to testify in its first open hearing this month as part of the panel’s investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Those being asked to testify March 20 include former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former acting Attorney General Sally Yates, who was fired by President Donald Trump in January after refusing to defend his travel ban executive order in court. FBI Director James Comey and NSA Director Mike Rogers were also asked to testify.

House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) told reporters the witnesses were being asked to testify willingly and that he did not plan to issue subpoenas at this point.

He also said the invite list could be expanded.

The Intelligence panel is conducting a wide-ranging investigation that will include looking into contacts between Russian officials and the Trump campaign.

Huey and Clem need to tell Devin Nunes that the issue is closed.

Why is Nunes pushing this HUGE conspiracy theory Clem?

Businesswoman Who Bought Trump Penthouse Is Connected to Chinese Intelligence Front Group

When a Chinese American businesswoman who sells access to powerful people recently purchased a $15.8 million penthouse in a building owned by President Donald Trump, the deal raised a key question.

Was this a straightforward real estate transaction, or was this an effort to win favor with the new administration?

The woman, Angela Chen, refused to discuss the purchase with the media.

The White House and the Trump Organization would not comment on it.

Further investigation by Mother Jones has unearthed a new element to the story: Chen has ties to important members of the Chinese ruling elite and to an organization considered a front group for Chinese military intelligence.
Of course she does.

Trump sits down with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson tonight for a nice leisurely tongue bath.
Carlson asked the President about his recent claim that the Obama administration wiretapped Trump Tower during the 2016 election.

“Wiretap covers a lot of different things,” Trump responded. “I think you’re going to find some very interesting items coming to the forefront over the next two weeks.”

So after being proven a liar, the liar is doubling down on his lies.

Wiretap does not cover a lot of things.
And in two of his Tweets he specifically said that Obama tapped his phones.

OMFG....TOO FUNNY!
Roger Stone Car Accidented To Death By CIA, But He’s OK Now

Uh oh, it is like deja vu all over again!

Crazy pants Trump pal Roger Stone, who has been like Trump’s political “guru” for years or something, and who also seems to have had some sort of private Twitter sexxx, during the election season, with Guccifer 2.0, one of the Russian-backed hackers who screwed with our American election, is one of the CIA’s hottest targets, according to crazy pants Trump pal Roger Stone.

Like, the “Deep State” wants to go REALLY deep on him, because he is such a bold speaker of #TheRealTruth.

In January, Stone broke all our hearts when he revealed on the Alex Jones Real News And Information Show that he had been murdered to death by the “Deep State,” by being poisoned with polonium 210, which Russian intelligence has actually used to murder at least one former Russian FSB agent that we know of.

(If you’re new, the “FSB” is like the Russian version of the “CIA,” just like “Canada SCOTUS” is the Canadian corollary to “SCOTUS.”)

However, miraculously, Stone made a complete recovery from getting polonium-ed to death, glory halleljuah!

Until this week, when the “Deep State” tried to maketh murder upon him again, allegedly, in a car accident that happened, allegedly:

In an appearance Wednesday on conspiracy-theorist Alex Jones’s radio show, former Donald Trump adviser Roger Stone claimed he had recently been in a car that was T-boned by “deep state” actors in an attempted assassination.

“They have poisoned me, they have smeared me, and someone in a car tried to kill me,” Stone told Jones, appearing healthy via satellite after the alleged accident.

Well, ****! America’s “deep state” must be totally DOY DOY DOY DOY DOY when it comes to trying to assassinate the all-powerful Roger Stone, if they keep ****’ IT UP like this!

Because to be clear, Stone wasn’t telling some story about something that happened like last month, he was talking about a fender bender he had TODAY, March 15, 2017.

Let’s go to the Twitter reels:

Image

That sucks, bro!

Image

Good good, sorry to hear the old boxin’ eye might need some Visine, but otherwise!

AND YET HE PERSISTED! Let’s watch Stone’s WAR VIDEO APPEARANCE on Alex Jones today, to see if the patient can speak: (watch video at link in title)

According to the Daily Beast, after Stone’s interview, he went to the hospital to get treated for this, the “Deep State’s” latest derpy attempt on his life.

We at Wonkette, despite our snarky demeanor, are very happy that Stone emerged from today’s car accident safe and sound, assuming a car accident actually happened, allegedly.

That does not mean we are not allowed to laugh our **** pants off at the stories he tells about how the CIA tried to murder him with cars, but an airbag saved his life, allegedly.
Love Wonkette.

Interesting article:

Lessons From the Fake News Pandemic of 1942
The South couldn’t stop the rumors. Can we?
By JOSHUA ZEITZ

Seventy-five years ago, tens of thousands of white Southerners responded with agitated concern when they learned both by word of mouth and in some regional newspapers that first lady Eleanor Roosevelt was traveling widely throughout the former Confederate states, quietly organizing black women into secret “Eleanor Clubs.”

The club motto, “A white woman in the kitchen by 1943,” portended a dangerous inversion of the region’s long-standing racial patterns.

It was already widely believed in the South that black men had been brazenly stockpiling ice picks, pistols, rifles and explosives in anticipation of a larger race riot.

With millions of white men now serving in the armed forces and stationed away from their families, the story went, white communities were vulnerable to an impending assault.

When that day came, black women—many of whom worked in domestic service—intended to force their white employers to cook and clean for them.

“Eleanor Clubs are stirring up trouble that never should have arisen,” a white North Carolinian observed with worry.

“Clubs are making the ****** discontented, making them question their status.”

Of course, not a word of this was true.

But that didn’t make these race rumors less vivid in the minds of many ordinary white Southerners.

Long before the advent of conservative radio, cable news and the internet—and two generations before an especially dim bulb shot up Comet Pizza in Northwest D.C., certain he would find Hillary Clinton’s and John Podesta’s child sex slaves chained up in the basement—“fake news” pervaded the American South.

We know this largely because of the work of Howard Odum, a leading sociologist who in 1942 widely canvassed the region to collect and analyze these rumors.

It wasn’t the first time Americans consumed and spread conspiratorial rumors, but it was the first time that such rumors traveled so widely and targeted a prominent member of the first family.

And it’s also the historical example that echoes today’s disinformation pandemic most closely.
