I didn't even know that was an option as this thread was dragged over from the old forum.

I have not used it yet, but I will if Clem keeps stinking up the place by posting the same old tired lies, smears and accusations that he has hurled at me for 9 years.

How much of that would you be willing to put up with?

Do you think that if someone kept asking you a question for years that you have already answered many times, continued to mischaracterize things you said or accused you of saying things that you never said, or holding positions that you don't hold, you might get tired of it after 9 **** years?

I have been more than patient with that numskull for way too long.

Devin Nunes Met Source On White House Grounds Day Before Claiming Trump Team Was Surveilled

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) met a source on White House grounds last week, one day before he alleged that President Donald Trump and his team were subjected to surveillance during the final months of the Obama administration.

Nunes met the source on White House grounds in order to view sensitive information in a “secure location,” Jack Langer, Nunes’ communications director, said Monday in a statement, CNN first reported.

There are sensitive compartmented information facilities ― known as SCIFs ― on Capitol Hill.

But using a congressional facility would have required the source to illegally transport the documents, Langer told The Huffington Post.

“The information comprised executive branch documents that have not been provided to Congress.

Because of classification rules, the source could not simply put the documents in a backpack and walk them over to the House Intelligence Committee space,” he wrote in an email.

“The White House grounds was the best location to safeguard the proper chain of custody and classification of these documents, so the Chairman could view them in a legal way.”

Only individuals with specific approval can enter White House grounds.

The revelation about Nunes adds to speculation that he coordinated with Trump’s team before making allegations about the previous administration’s information-gathering.

Group promises billboards attacking lawmakers voting to repeal internet privacy rules.

An internet rights group is promising to put up billboards attacking lawmakers who vote in favor of a bill that would dismantle privacy protections for internet users.

If the bill is signed into law as is widely expected, the Fight for the Future campaign will put up billboards in Washington, DC and select districts that list the lawmakers who voted for the measure.

The bill passed the Senate last week in 50 to 48 vote along party lines.

If it passes the House on Tuesday and gets the president’s signature, the measure would repeal a set of FCC rules that require internet service providers to get customers’ permission before using their data to create targeted advertisements.

A draft of the billboard shows a list of the 50 Republicans who voted for the bill on Thursday, along with the text, “They betrayed you.”

“Congress should know by now that when you come for the Internet, the Internet comes for you, these billboards are just the beginning,” Evan Greer, the group’s campaign director, said in a statement.

“People from across the political spectrum are outraged, and every lawmaker who votes to take away our privacy will regret it come election day.”

Privacy advocates say repealing the rule would give service providers free reign to mine their customers’ data to create tailored ads.

Opponents of the rule have argued that it unfairly subjects providers to tougher regulations than websites like Facebook and Google, which also create targeted ads.

"In some quarters that would be considered an act of war."
