Top intelligence officials indicated on Tuesday (January 10th) that the GOP was also a Russian hacking target but that none of the information obtained was leaked.

BREAKING=> KREMLIN CONNECTION CONFIRMED! Podesta Company Paid One Billion Rubles from Russian Govt.
Jim Hoft Mar 31st, 2017 2:47 am 137 Comments
FINALLY — INVESTIGATORS UNCOVER KREMLIN CONNECTION IN 2016 US ELECTION!
Confirmed—
The Putin Government gave John Podesta 35 millions dollars
(1 billion rubles) while he advised Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
Investigative reporter and author Peter Schweizer went on FOX and Friends to discuss Kremlin influence on US politics — and how the Clinton camp was in bed with the Putin regime.
Peter Schweizer: In 2011 John Podesta joined the board of this very small energy company called Joule Energy based out of Massachusetts. About two months after he joins the board a Russian entity called RUSNANO puts a billion rubles, which is about $35 million, into John Podesta’s company. Now, what is RUSNANO? RUSNANO is not a private company, Steve. It is a fund directly funded by the Kremlin. In fact the Russian finance minister called RUSNANO “Putin’s Child.” So you have the Russian government investing in one of John Podesta’s business in 2011 while he is an adviser to Hillary Clinton at the State Department.
Steve Doocy: OK. Does anybody in the Trump circle rise to the level that there is this kind of money involved?
Peter Schweizer: No.
And, once again, the frenzy on the left is all a disguise to hide their own rampant corruption.

WTF have you written about what the Russians did to screw with the election?
I haven't seen one word.

Have we tampered with the elections of other countries, to include our allies? Have we not "wiretapped" foreign leaders, Misty?
Please answer, Misty.

What I can say is that it sure didn't help the Democrats.
I don't disagree that the decision to run such a flawed candidate was a big mistake.
I'm not shifting anything.
I don't care for the fact that Russia tried to **** with our election.
And it seems that TrumpCo. used that fact to their advantage.
Republicans don't seem to care, because it wasn't hurting their side, this time.
Marco Rubio said yesterday that the Russians have twice tried to hack into the email of one of his campaign staffers, once as recently as two days ago.
So they don't have a favorite side.
Next time it could very well be the Republican presidential candidate they target.
If and when that happens, people like Clem will be running around with their heads on fire.
Invading is a way of tampering with elections. So are no fly zones. I'd say serving up Qualmnopdaffi tampered with lybia's elections. I think arming ISIS thrice might have postponed any plebiscites on Bashar al Assad's schedule. I doubt Yemenis vote during the Running of the Drones. Every democracy we have overthrown negated an election.Misty » 31 Mar 2017 5:38 pm » wrote: Another false moral equivalence.

Gee, I wonder why they targeted swing states if they were not trying to affect the outcome of the election?Russia hired 1,000 people to create anti-Clinton 'fake news' in key US states during election, Trump-Russia hearings leader reveals.
The Kremlin paid an army of more than 1,000 people to create fake anti-Hillary Clinton news stories targeting key swing states, the leading Democrat on the committee looking into alleged Russian interference in the US election has said.
Senator Mark Warner, the Democrat ranking member, and chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee Republican Senator Richard Burr, appeared together at a press conference to give an update on the investigation ahead of the first witnesses appearing today.
Mr Warner said: “We know about the hacking, and selective leaks, but what really concerns me as a former tech guy is at least some reports – and we’ve got to get to the bottom of this – that there were upwards of a thousand internet trolls working out of a facility in Russia, in effect taking over a series of computers which are then called botnets, that can then generate news down to specific areas.

First, there were dozens of documents with information about Trump officials. Second, the information these documents contained was not related to Russia.
Third, while many reports did “mask” identities (referring, for instance, to “U.S. Person 1 or 2”) they were written in ways that made clear which Trump officials were being discussed. Fourth, in at least one instance, a Trump official other than Mr. Flynn was outright unmasked. Finally, these documents were circulated at the highest levels of government.
To sum up, Team Obama was spying broadly on the incoming administration.

REPORT: DEMOCRATIC LEAKERS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED
If this Fox News report is correct, Rep. Devin Nunes is way ahead of the Democrats, and has known since January the identity of the Obama holdovers who illegally leaked the names of Trump associates to the press:
The U.S. intelligence official who “unmasked,” or exposed, the names of multiple private citizens affiliated with the Trump team is someone “very well known, very high up, very senior in the intelligence world,” a source told Fox News on Friday.
Intelligence and House sources with direct knowledge of the disclosure of classified names told Fox News that House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., now knows who is responsible — and that person is not in the FBI.
***
Nunes has known about the unmasking controversy since January, when two sources in the intelligence community approached him. The sources told Nunes who was responsible and at least one of the Trump team names that was unmasked. They also gave him serial numbers of reports that documented the activity.
This was long before Trump sent out his now-infamous March 4 tweets claiming then-President Barack Obama “wiretapped” Trump Tower during the 2016 election.
Nunes had asked intelligence agencies to see the reports in question, but was stonewalled.
He eventually was able to view them, but there was only one safe place to see the documents without compromising the sources’ identities — the old executive office building on White House grounds, which has a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) required to view classified or top secret reports.
***
The White House, meanwhile, is urging Nunes and his colleagues to keep pursuing what improper surveillance and leaks may have occurred before Trump took office. They’ve been emboldened in the wake of March 2 comments from former Obama administration official Evelyn Farkas, who on MSNBC suggested her former colleagues tried to gather material on Trump team contacts with Russia.
***
In addition, citizens affiliated with Trump’s team who were unmasked were not associated with any intelligence about Russia or other foreign intelligence, sources confirmed. The initial unmasking led to other surveillance, which led to other private citizens being wrongly unmasked, sources said.
If all of this is correct, the story will not end well for the Democrats, some of whom appear to be in line for criminal prosecution.

He can say it's all about money, but Wendy Walsh has never sued or sought a settlement.Bill O'Reilly's History of Settlements and Harassment Detailed In Scathing New York Times Report
An investigation revealed that a total of $13 million has been paid to accusers by either the 'O'Reilly Factor' host or his employer.
Five women who have alleged that Bill O'Reilly sexually harassed them or engaged in other forms of inappropriate behavior have received a total of approximately $13 million in payouts from O'Reilly, Fox News or parent company 21st Century Fox in exchange for agreeing not to pursue litigation or speak about the accusations against him, The New York Times has revealed in an investigative exposé published online on Saturday.
Two of the settlements were previously known, the Times notes, including a $9 million one in 2004 with producer Andrea Mackris, who sued O'Reilly for sexual harassment, and another $1.6 million one reached last year with former on-air personality Juliet Huddy, whose lawyers alleged O'Reilly pursued a sexual relationship with her in 2011.
But the Times uncovered three additional settlements, two involving women who alleged sexual harassment and another who claimed O'Reilly verbally abused her.
In 2002, O'Reilly allegedly stormed into the newsroom and screamed at a young producer, Rachel Witlieb Bernstein, who left the network with a payout and confidentiality agreement shortly after the incident, according to current and former employees, some of whom witnessed what took place, who spoke with The Times.
The other two new settlements were reached with women who made sexual harassment claims against O'Reilly: former Fox Business Network host Rebecca Gomez Diamond, who settled her case in 2011, and Laurie Dhue, a Fox News anchor from 2000-2008.
In Diamond's case, O'Reilly paid the undisclosed settlement amount, two people familiar with the situation told the Times.
Another person familiar with the matter said 21st Century Fox only learned of that settlement late last year as it was investigating what had occurred at Fox News under Roger Ailes' time as CEO.
Dhue, who also made harassment claims against Ailes, according to people briefed on her lawyers' complaints, reached a more than $1 million settlement with 21st Century Fox, the Times reports.
In addition to those settlements, two other women have claimed O'Reilly behaved inappropriately toward them.
A regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor, Wendy Walsh, told the Times that after she declined his invitation to go to his hotel suite following a 2013 dinner, his offer to make her a contributor for the network never materialized.
And, in her lawsuit against the network and Ailes, former Fox News host Andrea Tantaros said O'Reilly sexually harassed her.
The Times reported that O'Reilly has hired crisis communications expert and Clinton White House alum Mark Fabiani, who issued the following statement from his client, which was also posted on O'Reilly's personal website:
“Just like other prominent and controversial people, I’m vulnerable to lawsuits from individuals who want me to pay them to avoid negative publicity.
In my more than 20 years at Fox News Channel, no one has ever filed a complaint about me with the Human Resources Department, even on the anonymous hotline.
But most importantly, I’m a father who cares deeply for my children and who would do anything to avoid hurting them in any way.
And so I have put to rest any controversies to spare my children.
The worst part of my job is being a target for those who would harm me and my employer, the Fox News Channel.
Those of us in the arena are constantly at risk, as are our families and children.
My primary efforts will continue to be to put forth an honest TV program and to protect those close to me.”
O'Reilly's lawyer Fredric S. Newman told the Times in a statement, "We are now seriously considering legal action to defend Mr. O’Reilly’s reputation.”
Meanwhile, 21st Century Fox said in a statement that it "takes matters of workplace behavior very seriously."
“Notwithstanding the fact that no current or former Fox News employee ever took advantage of the 21st Century Fox hotline to raise a concern about Bill O’Reilly, even anonymously, we have looked into these matters over the last few months and discussed them with Mr. O’Reilly," the statement continued.
"While he denies the merits of these claims, Mr. O’Reilly has resolved those he regarded as his personal responsibility.
Mr. O’Reilly is fully committed to supporting our efforts to improve the environment for all our employees at Fox News.”
Fox News said it wouldn't be commenting beyond 21st Century Fox and O'Reilly's statement.
