This is crystal clear. Yates is not a judge. It is not her job to issue Constitutional rulings. It is her job to follow the directives of the president, or to resign if in good conscience she cannot.

Trump's EO was approved as Constitutional by the White House Counsel's Office, which is its job, not Yates's.

If Yate's sincerely believed that to be wrong, she should have resigned, not acted insubordinately and made statements to the media.

Those are the acts of a political hack.
