Trump-loving white nationalist pleads guilty to ‘physically harassing’ a black woman at Louisiana rally.

A Louisiana man identified as the “leader of a white nationalist group” has plead guilty to physically harassing a black protester during a Trump rally in Louisville in 2016.

According to Louisiana’s Courier-Journal newspaper, 26-year-old Matthew Heimbach, who chairs the Traditionalist Worker Party, pleaded guilty in his charge against physically harassment and disorderly conduct against Kashiya Nwanguma at a March 2016 rally.

During the campaign rally, Heimbach was caught on video yelling and pushing Nwanguma, and the video later went viral.

Wednesday’s sentence comes as an amendment to an earlier misdemeanor charge of harassment with physical contact.

He’ll pay a $145 fine and is sentenced to no contact with Nwanguma and anger management courses.

His initial charge carried 90 days of jail time, which a judge waived.

Heimbach claimed that he no longer supports Trump, but that he doesn’t regret his actions last year.

“Given that Mr. Trump has now bombed Syria and has betrayed a lot of his campaign promises, I wish I had never been there to support him in the first place,” Heimbach said after a June hearing.

“But when it comes to the conduct of that day, no regrets.”

He also cited Trump’s rhetoric as a sort of rallying point for violence at his events.

“It seems pretty clear to me based on the other rallies and the rallies afterward that Mr. Trump had an expectation of deputizing the crowd to be able to help provide security as these disruptions were happening where there was violence against Trump supporters,” Heimbach said.

7. He told you he’d “bring down drug prices” by making deals with drug companies. You bought it. But now the White House says that promise is “inoperative.”

8. He said that on Day One he’d label China a “currency manipulator.” You bought it. But then he met with China’s president and declared “China is not a currency manipulator.”

9. He said he wouldn’t bomb Syria. You bought it. But then he bombed Syria.

10. He called Barack Obama “the vacationer-in-Chief” and accused him of playing more rounds of golf than Tiger Woods. He promised to never be the kind of president who took cushy vacations on the taxpayer’s dime, not when there was so much important work to be done. You bought it. But in his first 6 months he has spent more taxpayer money on vacations than Obama did in the first 3 years of his presidency. Not to mention all the money taxpayers are spending protecting his family, including his two sons who travel all over the world on Trump business.

11. He said he’d force companies to keep jobs in America. You believed him. But despite their promises, Carrier, Ford, GM, and the rest are shipping jobs to Mexico and China.

12. He said he’d create coal jobs. You believe him. He hasn’t. But here’s what he has done: Since 1965 a federal program called the Appalachian Regional Commission has spent $23 billion helping communities in coal states fund job retraining, reclaim land, and provide desperately needed social services. A.R.C. helped cut poverty rates almost in half, double the percentage of high-school graduates, and reduce infant mortality by two-thirds. Trump’s first proposed budget eliminates A.R.C.

President Donald Trump will end the CIA program authorized by his predecessor in 2013 to arm Syrian rebel groups against forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, The Washington Post reported Wednesday.

The decision comes just more than three months after Trump ordered the US Navy to launch dozens of cruise missiles at a Syrian airfield that Assad had used to carry out a chemical attack that killed dozens of civilians.

But the termination of the often-troubled program reflects what is currently one of his biggest priorities: improving relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

A revived bill that would dismantle large parts of Obamacare without an immediate replacement would leave 32 million more people uninsured and double premiums over a decade, the CBO said in a report Wednesday.

The nonpartisan scorekeeper’s report projects that 17 million people would lose insurance in the first year after a partial repeal that includes ending Obamacare’s Medicaid expansion and repealing most of the taxes tied to the law.

Premiums would jump 25 percent over that same period, as insurers grapple with the effective elimination of Obamacare’s requirement that everyone purchase coverage.

The CBO predicts that insurers would flee Obamacare markets once the repeal takes effect following a two-year delay, leaving half the nation’s population with no individual coverage options by 2020.

For many years I worked overnight and on weekends and holidays to make sure that you got your mail the next day.

My husband worked on the tarmac at LA Guardia and JFK airports in the freezing cold or the boiling heat loading mail onto planes.
