David Duke was no one at the time the question was asked.
Trump had already condemned Duke many years before. He didn't need to do so again and obviously was really annoyed at being set up that way.

The question was asked because David Duke had just told his fellow racists that voting against Trump would be treason to their heritage.
He was publicly supporting Trump.
Next time read what I wrote before you just spit out some knee-jerk response.
