There is a legitimate reason to ask if the gunman had assistance.

That doesn't make it wingnut in the slightest, psycho.
Assuming the flabby old drunk DIDN'T have assistance is a conspiracy theory - and retarded.

Trump rolls back Obamacare birth control mandate.

The Trump administration will allow virtually any employer to claim a religious or moral objection to Obamacare's birth control coverage mandate under a sweeping rollback announced Friday.

The new policy, which takes effect immediately, reignites a fierce battle over one of the health care law's most controversial provisions.

The requirement to provide FDA-approved contraception at no cost was long opposed by religious groups that heavily favored Trump, and has been wrapped up in legal challenges for more than five years.

The administration said it was acting to protect individuals and groups from being forced to violate their religious beliefs as it downplayed concerns that more women would struggle to afford birth control.
What would they know about struggling to pay for anything?
Where is Ivanka on this?
Nowhere.

US lost 33,000 jobs in Sept, vs 90,000 jobs increase expected.
The jobs loss was the first monthly decline in seven years.
In addition to September's rough month, the July number was revised lower from 189,000 to 138,000 though August got a bump higher from 156,000.

In all, though, 2017 thus far has seen the slowest jobs growth in at least five years.

Shocking concept. Not allowing bump stocks on their range!!! They testified before congress pleading for gun legislation to make them have the same requirements as automatic weapons. $10,000 license fee plus psychological assessment. Bump stocks are super easy to turn into automatics.

They don't want legislation they want the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms to institute additional regulations, which they may not be able to do.
The NRA is hoping to head off new legislation by calling on the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms to strengthen regulations on bump stocks through "the existing federal gun laws," as executive NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre said on Fox News Thursday night.

Critics say the problem with the NRA's approach to bump stocks is that regulators have already concluded several times that "ATF does not have the authority to restrict their lawful possession, use, or transfer," as the agency wrote in a 2013 letter to Congress.

The National Firearms Act, which regulates automatic weapons (called machine guns in the law), mechanically rather than by how rapidly they shoot.

"The term 'machine gun' means any weapon which shoots...automatically more than one shot...by a single function of the trigger,” the law states.

But bump stocks leave the mechanics of a gun untouched and the trigger is still technically activated on each shot, just at a much faster rate than is humanly possible without the modifications.

That leaves the ATF with little choice but to deem bump stocks legal under current law, said David Chipman, a former ATF agent.

So you're saying they voted for it?
On 29 September 2017, the United States was one of 13 members of the United Nations Human Rights Council to vote against a resolution asking countries in which the death penalty is legal to ensure it is not applied “arbitrarily or in a discriminatory manner” or imposed to punish specific forms of conduct such as apostasy, blasphemy, adultery, and consensual same-sex relations.

“The Question of the Death Penalty” passed by a healthy margin anyway, with 27 nations voting in favor and seven abstaining.

The members voting against were Botswana, Burundi, Egypt, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, China, India, Iraq, Japan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and the United States.

The United States is disappointed to have voted AGAINST that resolution,” State Dep't Spokesperson Heather Hauert said at a press briefing Tuesday.

They have become butt buddies,

They also leave out the part that BLS attributes the job decline to the storms, that the unemployment rate dipped to 4.2 and that the work force participation rate is surgin to levels not seen in a while, meaning MORE Americans have reemtered the work force.

Neither of them wan to discuss any of that.

You might want to read this quick because Misty has a habit of deleting posts that debunk her fake news and moving them to Peanut Gallery.

This is the first time the U.S. economy has lost jobs since September 2010 – seven years ago.
