Now now, the wall and other promises require some action by Congress. Any promise Trump has failed to deliver on has been clearly due to congressional inaction or even congresspeople lying to their own constituents. Most if not all GOP Congress critters ran on Repeal Obamacare. Trump sat, pen in hand, ready to do just that. Some GOP congress critters lacked the courage to keep their promises or simply were too embedded with the establishment to honor their word. I cannot blame him for the lack of progress on the wall. We need a little house cleaning first. GOP folk are use to being the opposition party for the past 8 years and they did a piss poor job of it. I don't expect them to do better when they are behind the wheel. For some its literally the dog who caught the mail truck and now have no clue of what to do next.
