Which law school did you attend?
I said that the meeting with the Chinese ambassador broke protocol, not the law, but his receiving the PDB without the proper security clearance is pretty damn troubling to say the least.
I don't need to attend law school to know "troubling" isn't evidence of any criminal activity whatsoever.

Any president under these circumstances has the authority to have one of his advisers attend for a period of time.

Given the deep corruption at the FBI, Justice Dept. and intelligence agencies done by the Clinton's and Obama.

How dangerous is it when the most important agencies in the federal government have become "weaponized" to cripple or destroy the opposition?

Dangerous beyond words.
Claim: Page and Strzok Referenced FBI 'Secret Society' that Met the Day After the Election
BY DEBRA HEINE
There is serious talk on Capitol Hill about the appointment of a second special counsel amid several new bombshell revelations swirling around the Trump/Russia probe.

Top Republicans now believe there may be real grounds for a second special counsel, Fox News reported Monday evening.

Reps. Devin Nunes (R-CA), Trey Gowdy (R-SC), and Bob Goodlatte (R- VA) met on Saturday to discuss the FISA memo and the text messages.

According to Fox News, Nunes, Gowdy and Goodlatte are in the process of going through the steps necessary to release the four-page FISA memo and intend to see it released to the public by early February....

Rep. Ratcliffe said that former FBI director James Comey needs to come back to Capitol Hill to testify again under oath on the question of when the decision to exonerate former secretary of State Hillary Clinton was made. The latest batch of text messages between Strzok and Page suggests that Comey was coordinating with Attorney General Lynch on the decision well ahead of his July 5 press conference."It's really clear to me that the decision was made in May of 2016 -- two months before the press conference," Gowdy said. "Of course Loretta Lynch knew he wasn't going to be charged. Everyone except the public knew that she was not going to be charged."

...Ratcliffe went on to mention one particular text message that referenced a "secret society" at the Bureau. "We know about this insurance policy that was referenced in trying to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president," he began. "We learned today about information in the immediate aftermath of his election that there may have been a 'secret society' of folks within the Department of Justice and the FBI to include Page and Strzok that would be working against him."

Unsealed FISA Court Ruling Shows 85% of Obama’s FBI and DOJ 704-5 FISA Searches Were Illegal and Illegally Provided to Government Outsiders
January 22, 2018 by Jim Hoft
A Report was released in April of 2017 that received no publicity until recently.
The report was a ruling on the results of an investigation or audit into FISA searches made by Obama’s FBI and DOJ during Obama’s time in office.

The report shows Obama’s FBI and DOJ participated in widespread criminal searches and criminal sharing of data with non authorized entities outside of government.

On April 26, 2017, an unsealed FISA Court Ruling unveiled a number of criminal activities that Barack Obama’s FBI and DOJ participated in during his time in office. The report to date received little attention. Now interest is brewing due to the recent actions of Congress and the report that is expected to be released in the upcoming weeks.

The FISA Court Ruling shows widespread abuse of the FISA mandate. According to the report, Obama’s FBI and DOJ performed searches on Americans that were against their 4th Amendment rights. This went on for years. One paragraph in the report states that 85% of the Section 704 and 705(b) FISA searches made during this time were non-compliant with applicable laws and therefore criminal.

FISA 705 warrants deal with US citizens outside of the country.

In addition, the report cites that at the same time that Obama’s DOJ and FBI were illegally searching Americans against their rights and unbeknownst to them, Obama’s FBI was providing this information to outside contractors who had no business or legal cause or claim the information.

Great, great job at ignoring my last source;

The findings of the FISA court, which noted that 85% of Obama FISA searches were illegal.

Which means yes, Obama officials and the Deep State were trying to destroy Trump.

Magical Troll Blindness Syndrome strikes again.

Heritage: Donald Trump has achieved more than Ronald Reagan in first year

by Philip Wegmann | Jan 23, 2018, 3:31 PM Share on Twitter Share on Facebook Email this article Share on LinkedIn Print this article

President Trump entered the Oval Office as a populist question mark. But after a year, the conservative Heritage Foundation now trumpets that Trump has a more conservative track record than Ronald Reagan at least according to their standards.

Trump adopted two-thirds, or about 64 percent, of the Heritage agenda, meaning that the administration copied and pasted 334 of the think tank’s unique policy proposals. By comparison, the New York Times reports, Reagan adopted just 49 percent of the Heritage agenda making 2017 a banner year for Heritage.

That was always the plan. When other conservatives kept their distance, Heritage welcomed Trump with open arms. He needed a detailed agenda and they had a stockpile of policy proposals ready to roll. And so, in the absence of his own ideas, the ideological wildcard of an executive adopted the ideas of the biggest conservative think tank in Washington.

While Congress was grinding out tax reform, Trump was picking up his pen and his phone and Trump was leaving the Paris Climate Accord and reinstating the Mexico City Policy and ending Net Neutrality. Heritage has a more complete list of all the achievements on their website.

“‘Hell, why can’t we do that? Let’s try it. Let’s make it happen,’” said Heritage founder and former president Ed Feulner impersonating the president. “In some respects, Trump the nonpolitician has an incredible advantage, even over Ronald Reagan,” Feulner told the New York Times. “Because Ronald Reagan knew there were certain things government couldn’t do.”

From its Capitol Hill campus, Heritage has cast a long shadow over Washington policy fights. The fact that Trump has taken up their agenda speaks to their continued influence. The fact that Heritage brass mentions Trump in the same breath as Reagan reflects the state of modern pragmatic conservatism.

Setting aside the fact that understanding the limits of government is a prerequisite to our constitutional republic, the right seems to measure conservatism as opposition. Never mind that Reagan was able to appeal to permanent principle while simultaneously winning passing policies. What’s needed now, the conservative consensus seems to have concluded, is someone willing to tear down the status quo of the administrative state. In Trump, Heritage has found that champion.

Why are you posting stuff about section 704 and 705 of FISA having to do with citizens outside the country?

I thought this was supposed to be about abuses of section 702 having to do with citizens INSIDE the country?

Mike Flynn was picked up through incidental collection because he was talking to foreigners who were being LEGALLY surveilled under section 702.

Please don't expect me to give any credence to anything from gatewaypundit or pajamas media.

AYou've only proved that you refuse to read what I've cited.

A single or a few incidents of surveillance are not suspicious.

Large numbers of them, then unmasking, then distribution of the material, then illegal leaks to the press make a huge abuse of power and criminal conspiracy.

As clearly has happened.

Besides which, babbling about foreign versus domestic surveillance is irrelevant. Numerous felonies have been committed.
85% of the Obama's FISA warrants were illegal.
Please don't expect me to give any credence to anything from gatewaypundit or pajamas media.
Mostly Gateway does is quote from other highly credible sources, so obviously you haven't read the material nor do you care.

That vociferously complained that 85% of Obama's FISA warrants were illegal and illegally provided to outside groups?

Once again you don't care about actual felonies, but will smear conservatives on the basis of zero evidence.

The ONLY time you make that allegation is when your side is threatened or hurt.

I don't recall that you ever made that claim when the actual mass shooting of Republican Congressmen was committed by an enraged Bernie supporter. Did you condemn your side for its bitter, over the top rhetoric?

Hell no, you were among the worst, dishonestly accusing Trump of all sorts of things, without a single shred of evidence.
