Former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Joe diGenova and his partner and wife Victoria Toensing joined Lou Dobbs on Tuesday to discuss the growing Deep State scandal to protect Hillary Clinton and destroy candidate and President Donald Trump.
During tonight’s segment Joe DiGenova dropped another bomb on former Deputy Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe.
Joe diGenova: There’s going to be resolution. The memo from the House Intelligence Committee will be the start. Next will come the inspector general’s report from the Department of Justice which will devastating. Because it will show Andrew McCabe made FBI agents fabricate evidence to exonerate Hillary Clinton and then there’s going to be a federal grand jury to investigate the Obama administration’s senior Department of Justice officials and the senior members of the FBI.

Russia’s state television channel seems to be happy with President Donald Trump’s decision to not enforce sanctions against Russia that were overwhelmingly approved by both houses of Congress.
Julia Davis, who runs the Russian Media Monitor website, reports via Twitter that Russian TV show host Olga Skabeeva on Tuesday was positively gushing about the White House’s decision to not enforce new sanctions against her country.
“Seemingly, Trump is ours again,” said Skabeeva, according to Davis’ translation. “So far, he’s being quiet and not supporting the sanctions.”
Co-host Evgeny Popov seemingly agreed and told her, “Well, it seems that way.”

Former FBI agents and even one Assistant Director of the FBI have accused Strzok of having a "sham investigation," or even of obstructing justice.
And both asked why Wray hadn't fired him far sooner.

The Republican chairman of the House intelligence committee refused to answer when a colleague asked him if he had coordinated his incendiary surveillance memo with the White House, The Daily Beast has learned.
During Monday’s contentious closed-door committee meeting, Rep. Mike Quigley, a Democrat, asked Nunes point-blank if his staffers had been talking with the White House as they compiled a four-page memo alleging FBI and Justice Department abuses over surveillance of President Trump’s allies in the Russia probe.
According to sources familiar with the exchange, Nunes made a few comments that didn’t answer the question—initially saying that “as far as I know,” he did not collaborate with the White House on the memo—before finally responding that he wouldn’t answer it.
The transcript of the meeting, released the day after this story was initially published, shows Quigley asking “with the greatest respect” if the White House aided Nunes in any way, including consulting with him on the memo.
Nunes initially replied: “I would just answer, as far as I know, no.”
He continued, “And I would just also say that we are well aware the minority has not wanted to conduct this investigation by the public opposition to the subpoenas that we issued back in August that were clearly looking into matters of FISA [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] abuse and other matters.”
Quigley asked Nunes if that meant “none of the staff members that worked for the majority had any consultation, communication at all with the White House?”
Nunes shut Quigley down: “The chair is not going to entertain–” after which Quigley yielded.
Nunes once again carrying water for the WH just like he did with his little midnight run stunt.
If he is working with the WH on this, that sounds pretty much like a conspiracy to obstruct justice.
