WASHINGTON — In the days leading up to a public allegation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh exposed himself to a college classmate, the judge and his team were communicating behind the scenes with friends to refute the claim, according to text messages obtained by NBC News.

Sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell, a non-partisan third-party with more than 25 years’ experience prosecuting sex crimes in the state of Arizona, carefully reviewed the allegations made by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, including hours of testimony, and has released a report on the matter. In the report, Mitchell points out more than a dozen glaring inconsistencies in Dr. Ford’s account and paints the accusations as potentially fraudulent.
Mitchell’s points out several points, including:
“Dr. Ford has not offered a consistent account of when the alleged assault happened.”

“Dr. Ford struggled to identify Judge Kavanaugh as the assailant by name.”

“When speaking with her husband, Dr. Ford changed her description of the incident to become less specific.”

“Dr. Ford has no memory of key details of the night in question—details that could help corroborate her account.”

“She does not remember in what house the alleged assault took place or where that house was located with any specificity.”

“Perhaps most importantly, she does not remember how she got from the party back to her house.”

Rachel Mitchell reaches the conclusion that ““A ‘he said, she said’ case is incredibly difficult to prove. But this case is even weaker than that.”



Rachel Mitchell sums up her report on Page 2, in saying “I do not think that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case based on the evidence before the committee. Nor do I believe that this evidence is sufficient to satisfy the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard.”

Kavanaugh also lied about several other entries in his yearbook like "FFFFFFourth of July," "boofed," "Beach Week Ralph Club – Biggest Contributor," and "Renate Alumnus."

He lied under oath about all of those things because they go against the narrative that he put out, portraying himself as some sort of a choir boy when he was in High School.

And he bristled every time he was asked about his drinking in High School, to the point of being snarky and disrespectful to the Senator asking about it.

If lying under oath is not enough to disqualify someone from sitting on the SC then what is?

Look in the back seat of the car before getting in.

Carry a cell phone.

Don't go jogging at night.

Lock all the windows when I sleep, even on hot summer nights.

Be careful not to drink too much.

Don't put my drink down and come back to it; make sure I see it being poured.

Own a big dog.

Carry Mace or pepper spray.

Have an unlisted phone number.

Have a man's voice on my answering machine.

Park in well-lit areas.

Don't use parking garages.

Don't get on elevators with only one man, or with a group of men.

Vary my route home from work.

Watch what I wear.

Don't use highway rest areas.

Use a home alarm system.

Don't wear headphones when jogging.

Avoid forests or wooded areas, even in the daytime.

Don't take a first-floor apartment.

Go out in groups.

Own a firearm.

Meet men on first dates in public places.

Make sure to have a car or cab fare.

Don't make eye contact with men on the street.

Make assertive eye contact with men on the street.”
