They did not think that there was any reason for Trump to call Jon Stewart by his real name, other than to remind people that he is Jewish.

Implying an opponent is untrustworthy because he changed his name is not, either. Michael Savage also targeted jon stewart for the name change - but since he's jewish, you give him special treatment and don't call him an anti-semite.
