SchiffForBrains is a lying, leaking piece of ****.
His litany of "proof" is nothing but a laundry list of publicly debunked ****.

He has been saying for years that he had PROOF of collusion from their investigation.
He has nothing.

At any other time this would be a HUGE scandal, but these are not ordinary times.
But her emails........
LOCK HER UP!
The usual utter hogwash from a Democrat Talking Point Liar.
According to federal law, the president has the legal authority to over-ride regulations and legally give Kushner security clearance.
I know that asshole.
That doesn't make it right.

I don't give a **** if Trump trusts him.
I am claiming that we can't trust him.
He has huge debts, which is probably why Intellgence officials, the WH Chief of Staff and the WH Counsel recommended that he not be given a clearance.
He could be selling this country out for money.

Kushner had to amend his clearance forms four times because of 100 errors and omissions.
Most people would never get a clearance if they did that.

But we already know that you don't give a **** about any of this.

Former Obama Assistant Director to the FBI Andew McCabe, I'll bet.
Steele. Hopefully Comey. Hopefully John Brennan.
Maybe Sally Yates. It's too early to know.

“You don’t even have to be convicted of a crime to lose your job (as president) in this constitutional republic if this body determines your conduct as a public official is clearly out of bounds in your role.

Because impeachment is not about punishment.

Impeachment is about cleansing the office.

Impeachment is about restoring honor and integrity to the office.”

This is what Trump called FAKE News in January, 2018.
President Trump ordered the firing last June of Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel overseeing the Russia investigation, according to four people told of the matter, but ultimately backed down after the White House counsel threatened to resign rather than carry out the directive.

After receiving the president’s order to fire Mr. Mueller, the White House counsel, Donald F. McGahn II, refused to ask the Justice Department to dismiss the special counsel, saying he would quit instead, the people said.

“Fake news, folks,” Mr. Trump said. “Fake news. A typical New York Times fake story.”

The Mueller report has shown that in many cases the media had it right.
The only FAKE News came from inside the WH.

Seriously, you can't make this **** up.

AG Baghdad Barr's oldest daughter and youngest daughter's husband who both work in the DOJ have been given other jobs.

His daughter is now working at the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), the Treasury Department's financial crimes unit, and his son-in-law is now working in the White House Counsel's office where he will be advising the president.

And now his family too.
How deeply ugly is that?
Psychopath. :loco:
What's the lie jackass?

The Mueller report did not even address the issue of 'collusion' you stupud jackass.
That is a Trumplican talking point lie.

Read the **** report you dope.
In evaluating whether evidence about collective action of multiple individuals constituted a crime, we applied the framework of conspiracy law, not the concept of “collusion.”

In so doing, the Office recognized that the word “collud[e]”…has frequently been invoked in public reporting about the investigation.

But collusion is not a specific offense or theory of liability found in the United States Code, nor is it a term of art in federal criminal law.

For those reasons, the Office’s focus in analyzing questions of joint criminal liability was on conspiracy as defined in federal law.

The orange skidmark has no idea about how impeachment works.
The SCOTUS can not save him from being impeached and the generally accepted viewpoint of what constitutes high crimes and misdemeanors is any serious abuse of power, including both legal and illegal activities, so you don't have to commit an actual crime to be impeached.
The ultimate authority for determining whether an offense constitutes grounds for impeachment rests with Congress, not the Supreme Court.

Yes, SCOTUS can save him from an impeachment on lies, **** or minor charges.

Congress must abide by the Constitution, and SCOTUS is the final authority on that.
