Funny how in 2017 -- the first year of Trump's term, he gave Ukraine $446 million.
No mention of corruption.

In 2018, he gave them $350 million.
Not a word about corruption.

Suddenly in 2019 he became concerned about corruption.
But only corruption about the DNC in 2016, and corruption about the Bidens going back to 2015.

So what changed in 2019?

And it is illegal to solicit that kind of help in an election from a foreign country.
