The insanity from the right is coming too fast and too furious to start a thread every time one of these Republicans says or does something crazy. So I decided to put it all in this one thread.Looks like Harty could use some of those mental health services himself. To the people who live in Harty's district......Keep voting for this senile old bastard. Good job.The Reps have an endless supply of ammo stored and designated for foot shooting, I am thinking that we should coin a new phrase like, If it limps it's a Republican.

Why Clem Discredits MeBecause you're a shameless liar and shill for the Democrat Party. Duuh.Wisconsin Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald speaks the truth:"If we win this battle, and the money is not there under the auspices of the unions, certainly what you're going to find is President Obama is going to have a much more difficult time getting elected and winning the state of Wisconsin."And there it is in a nutshell. It has nothing to do with budget issues. It's all about politics. Karl Rove recently admitted the same thing. They tell us that it's the teachers, and other state workers that are the cause of all our fiscal problems, and you right wing flying monkeys buy that crap hook line and sinker. The fact that public workers are key to Obama's and Dems elections doesn't undercut the undeniable fact that spoiled, overpaid, thuggish union members are a huge component of Wisconsin's deficit problems. But as usual, you spread Democrat Talking Point Lies.Meanwhile the fat cats on Wall Street are laughing at you. They tanked our economy, and got off scott free, and now are making more money than ever. She lies. Even Obama & officials are planning to shut down Fannie Mae because of its central role in the collapse, as even Bawney Fwank admitted.Talk about shared sacrifice. What did these Wall Street bastards have to sacrifice? They sold what they knew was worthless paper, drove our economy off a cliff, and not one of them has gone to jail for that. What does Wall St. have to do with Wisconsin's spending problems? What a silly freaking twit you are, geez.Instead we demonize **** teachers and nurses. No, we only demonize those greedy ones who expect to be paid roughly double the income of the average Wisconsin resident or American.

Tell ya what, I'll give you antoher chance at this. A while back you liberals were going on and on and on about how Fox lies so I simply demanded that instead of SAYING Fox lies, why not produce the actual lies. You all didn't do too well at that. Matter of fact, the only thing you were able to produce was some vidio of Hannity, Beck and O'Riely being rude. No lies though. Care to give it a go again? How's this:"In February 2003, a Florida Court of Appeals unanimously agreed with anassertion by FOX News that there is no rule against distorting orfalsifying the news in the United States."FOX defends its right to falsify the newsSnopesProject Censored

Here come the less intrusive, small government Conservatives once again.War On The Poor: Minnesota Republicans Want To Bust Poor People Who Carry CashSt. Paul, MN Minnesota Republicans are pushing legislation that would make it a crime for people on public assistance to have more $20 in cash in their pockets any given month. This represents a change from their initial proposal, which banned them from having any money at all.House File 171 would make it so that families on MFIP and disabled single adults on General Assistance and Minnesota Supplemental Aid could not have their cash grants in cash or put into a checking account. Rather, they could only use a state-issued debit card at special terminals in certain businesses that are set up to accept the card. The bill also calls for unconstitutional residency requirements, not allowing the debit card to be used across state lines and other provisions that the Welfare Rights Committee and others consider unacceptable.I wonder how they plan to enforce this? Are they going to stop people on the street who look poor, and check their pockets? Will they follow them out of state to make sure they don't use their debit card illegally?I smell a police state.

Back to the Flying Monkeys.........Yeah, anything except discuss an 11.5 real unemployment rate or a $1.6 trillion annual deficit .What happened to Jobs! Jobs! Jobs! and cutting spending?Spending is being cut. What happened to the 8% unemployment rate Obama promised if his Porkulus bill was passed?Nope, doesn't fit Democrat Talking Point Lies to discuss that.Seems like cash-strapped Wisconsin has plenty of money to give out government patronage jobs.Which little Miss Marxist never complained about until a Repub governor appointed 2 or 3 people. But nary a word about the massive spending buildup under the Democrat governor that's bankrupting the state.

Am I wrong, or do Conservatives/Republicans say that they are for a less intrusive smaller government? They not only want to inspect women's uteruses after a miscarriage, now people must empty their pockets on demand?Brings a whole new meaning to the phrase.....show me your paper(s).

South Dakota Abortion Bill Signed Into Law By Governor Dennis DaugaardPIERRE, S.D. South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard signed a law Tuesday requiring women to wait three days after meeting with a doctor to have an abortion, the longest waiting period in the nation.Abortion rights groups immediately said they plan to file a lawsuit challenging the measure, which also requires women to undergo counseling at pregnancy help centers that discourage abortions.Daugaard, who gave no interviews after signing the bill, said in a written statement that he has conferred with state attorneys who will defend the law in court and a sponsor who has pledged private money to finance the state's legal costs."I think everyone agrees with the goal of reducing abortion by encouraging consideration of other alternatives," the Republican governor said the statement. "I hope that women who are considering an abortion will use this three-day period to make good choices."About half the states, including South Dakota, now have 24-hour waiting periods, but the state's new law is the first of its kind in having a three-day waiting period and requiring women to seek counseling at pregnancy help centers, said Elizabeth Nash of the Guttmacher Institute, a research organization that supports abortion rights.Planned Parenthood, which operates South Dakota's only abortion clinic in Sioux Falls, and the American Civil Liberties Union of South Dakota said they will ask a judge to strike down the measure as unconstitutional. Kathi Di Nicola, of Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota, said the law would intrude on women's right to make personal decisions about medical treatment and require women seeking abortions to receive counseling from unlicensed and unaccredited pregnancy centers that are often religiously motivated. We're not even allowed to discuss passing laws that would require a waiting period to buy a gun, or requiring gun buyers to go to counseling first. So why is it okay to deny women their Constitutionally protected right to choose to have a medical procedure when they want one?Someone please tell me again how it's Obama that is the one who is going to come between us and our Doctors?

These cons don't like the name Nazi, but they sure like that form of government, so they use the word conservatism to denote Nazism, not a very clever disguise is it?

So why is it okay to deny women their Constitutionally protected right to choose to have a medical procedure when they want one? There is no right in the Constitution to an abortion. Never was and never will be.If you think there is, quote that part of the Constitution. You can't, so you won't even try.Someone please tell me again how it's Obama that is the one who is going to come between us and our Doctors?Yes, Socializing US health care will not only put government between patients and their doctors, destroy private health insurance, drive up costs and worsen care, but begin the destruction of the best health care on Earth. What kind of brainless moonbat would want Beltway politicians to run US health care?Obamacare will do for health care what Obama-nomics did for the economy.Roughly 11.5% real unemployment and likely still rising.

Interesting that Glory Hole was on the board defending the decision by the supremes that corporations are human beings with human rights, and that buying elections = "free speech," but when it's a decision that he DISagrees with, he demands that you "show him that part of the Constitution." Here's my answer, Glory Hole: The right to an abortion is spelled out quite clearly right next to the part where foreign corporations from Abu Dabai and Sri Lanka have the right to buy American elections.

I've never expressed any such opinion. Can you quote me doing so? No?Never thought you would. But maybe you can explain what the following words mean:"Congress shall make no law,..... abridging the freedom of speech."I'm just a simple guy, and I think speech is speech. No one's, individual, group, company, union, corporation, anyone's speech can be restricted by Congress.Maybe you can figure it out, moonbat. Here's my answer, Glory Hole: The right to an abortion is spelled out quite clearly right next to the part where foreign corporations from Abu Dabai and Sri Lanka have the right to buy American elections.Guess the meds have worn off again.

As an addendum to post number 234 on the new South Dakota Abortion Bill Signed Into Law By Governor Dennis Daugaard...... There are no doctors in the state of South Dakota where a woman can actually go to obtain an abortion. Apparently Planned Parenthood flies in a doctor once a week. If the Republicans had their way, that would end also. And the mandatory counseling that a woman seeking an abortion must undergo, is a lecture from an unqualified, noncertified, faith-based counselor or volunteer at an anti-choice crisis pregnancy center. Clearly this law is unconstitutional.

The Wacky Right Wing Flying Monkey ThreadOh my, conservatives want to make abortion more difficult? How, snicker, extremist. What's truly extremist are those people who wouldn't place any restrictions on it, including allowing the killing of literal babies, which as a state senator Obama supported.Or choosing someone who believed and wrote:"The black intellectual's goal, says Cone, is to "aid in the destruction of America as he knows it." Such destruction requires both black anger and white guilt. The black-power theologian's goal is to tell the story of American oppression so powerfully and precisely that white men will "tremble, curse, and go mad, because they will be drenched with the filth of their evil." In the preface to his 1970 book, A Black Theology of Liberation, (Reverend) Wright wrote: "There will be no peace in America until whites begin to hate their whiteness, asking from the depths of their being: 'How can we become black?'"...."
