https://youtu.be/5zyXtCPntl8In a news conference, Mulvaney for the first time conceded that the lack of a Ukrainian inquiry into the origins of the Russia investigation played a role in the United States withholding military aid from it over “corruption” issues.
“[Did] he also mention to me, in the past, that the corruption related to the DNC server?” Mulvaney said.
“Absolutely, no question about that. But that’s it. And that’s why we held up the money. ...

Moments after the end of the Saturday’s Senate impeachment trial of Donald Trump concluded, MSNBC host Brian Williams pointed out that one of Donald Trump’s attorney’s lied on the Senate floor about the president’s Ukraine scandal– and he had a clip handy to prove it.
Sharing footage of attorney Mike Purpura stating the higher-ups in Ukraine were unaware that Donald Trump was withholding aid until after the government helped him by announcing an investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden, the MSNBC host called the attorney out.
To make his point that Pupura was being untruthful, Williams then showed a clip of Defense Department official Laura Cooper, who testified that Ukrainians were asking about the delay on the day of the Trump phone call that was the starting point of the impeachment trial.
Trump lawyer Purpura busted by MSNBC for lying on the Senate floor during impeachment trial.

Lev was the front man in Ukraine tasked with the job of shaking down Zelensky.
And Sniffles said he didn't know him.
He knows him very well, and knew exactly what he was doing.![]()
Except that "shaking down" Zelensky isn't even included in the impeachable acts.![]()

You can if he lies under oath, but Sniffles' lawyers will NEVER let him go under oath because they know that he is incapable of telling the truth.Termin8tor » 25 Jan 2020 5:26 pm » wrote:Nor can you impeach a president for lying.

You're kidding, right? How many years are you behind on this issue? If he was absolutely correct, then why use Rudy, Lev and Igor to do it when he has the whole investigative apparatus of the United States government at his disposal? What a hopeless lying psycho you are.
I make important points.
You censor them in desperation.
Trump was not absolutely correct to demand that Ukraine cooperate about its interference in the 2016 election at many Dem officials demands. that's his job as Chief Law Enforcement Officer.
Look at the psychotic AGAIN smear a public servant of high integrity on the basis of zero evidence.Even Baghdad Bill Barr said he wanted nothing to do with it.
Oh gosh, one single person who happens to be a Trump official made a claim? Then it must be true, psycho. And Sniffles' former homeland security adviser Tom Bossert, said that **** about Ukraine was debunked.
How am I ignorant, liar? There isn't one single weapon in that list. What are they supposed to fight with, vehicles? Medical supplies?Things you prefer to remain willfully ignorant about. What utter ****.
If their wailing and weeping about military aid isn't relevant, psycho, why did they talk so much about it?
That was a large, important part of the "evidence" they presented.
If military aid was so vitally important, why did they vote against it?
Imbecile.
There was a debate in the Obama administration over whether or not to provide Ukraine with Javelin anti-tank missiles, because some people felt it might escalate the conflict with Russia.
But between 2014 and 2016, the United States committed more than $600 million in security assistance to Ukraine.
Under Obama, the federal government started the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, and By March 2015, the US had committed more than $120 million in security assistance for Ukraine and had pledged an additional $75 million worth of equipment including UAVs, counter-mortar radars, night vision devices and medical supplies, and some 230 armored Humvee vehicles.
Not just the 'blankets' that you wingnuts claim Obama sent.
It's a deflection to refute the **** Impeachment Clown hypocrites dishonestly tried to blame on Trump? That their president and they themselves didn't support??Amyway, none of that has anything to do with Sniffles abusing his power and obstructing Congress.
It's just another deflection.
Oh look, the psychopath stonewalled the question.Things you prefer to remain willfully ignorant about. If military aid was so vitally important, why did they vote against it?
Imbecile.

"A Memorandum of a Telephone Conversation.· (TELCON) is not a verbatim transcript of a discussion. The text in this document records the notes and recollections of Situation Room Duty Officers and-NSC policy staff assigned to listen and memorialize the conversation in written form as the conversation takes place. A number of factors can affect the accuracy of the record, including poor telecommunications connections and variations in accent and/or interpretation. The word "inaudible" is used to indicate portions of a conversation that the notetaker was unable to hear."
That's a big fat lie!Twice in a press conference earlier this month, Trump went out of his way to say the rough transcript was, in fact, a verbatim recounting of his call with Zelensky. "I had a transcript done by very, very talented people -- word for word, comma for comma," said Trump at one point in that early October news conference. "Done by people that do it for a living. We had an exact transcript." Later, he added that the document was "an exact transcript of my call, done by very talented people that do this -- exact, word for word."
Trump echoed that sentiment on Twitter as well.

“Russia was very aggressive and they're much more sophisticated, but the fact that Russia was so aggressive does not exclude the fact that President Poroshenko actively worked for Secretary Clinton,” Republican Sen. John Kennedy claimed on Sunday in an interview with NBC, referring to the former Ukrainian president.
But the Republican-controlled Senate Intelligence Committee thoroughly investigated that theory, according to people with direct knowledge of the inquiry, and found no evidence that Ukraine waged a top-down interference campaign akin to the Kremlin’s efforts to help Trump win in 2016.
The committee’s Republican chairman, Richard Burr of North Carolina, said in October 2017 that the panel would be examining “collusion by either campaign during the 2016 elections."
But an interview that fall with the Democratic consultant at the heart of the accusation that Kyiv meddled, Alexandra Chalupa, was fruitless, a committee source said, and Republicans didn’t follow up or request any more witnesses related to the issue.
