The amount of mis-information that comes out of Fox News is legendary. Do your own research. Google Fox News Lies.Well gosh, if it's on the internet, it must be true, right? You People can tell lies faster than a speeding bullet.Here.....I'll throw you a bone. The Ten Most Ridiculous Fox News Lies, Creative Edits and Half TruthsIf Brandon what-his-face at SpitefulCritic.com claims something, it must be true!Fox is to news what the WWE is to wrestling.Well sure, the Number One Cable News Network that crushes the competition is fake. You're sounding really, really, really desperate.I hope you and Clem both know that the piece I posted was satirical. I'm sure he doesn't. He has no sense of humor. I don't read his posts, but I'd bet money that he took it seriously. I can't tell the difference between your jokes and your serious claims.Fox is just like big time wrestling! Ha, ha, ha!!Oh, you're serious. And you still cannot deal with the 11.5% unemployment rate of the Obama Economy. So you bleat about anything but.

Tell ya what, I'll give you antoher chance at this. A while back you liberals were going on and on and on about how Fox lies so I simply demanded that instead of SAYING Fox lies, why not produce the actual lies. You all didn't do too well at that. Matter of fact, the only thing you were able to produce was some vidio of Hannity, Beck and O'Riely being rude. No lies though. Care to give it a go again? So THAT'S where the memory hole is - right in your vagina. We posted "news" clips from beck, hannity AND oreally inserting b-roll from past rallies to radically inflate numbers at tea bagger rallies. We posted footage of hannity having to APOLOGISE for it because the entire msm was outing fox. JUST LAST WEEK, they showed a clip of the teachers in wisconsin behaving badly, getting a tad violent with some pushing of counter-demonstrators. Problem was, there were freaking PALM TRESS in the background. B-roll again - fox's favorite trick. Dream on, sissypants, dream on. We've busted fox out repeatedly. And here's why I'm NOT gonna go track down the media (it's pretty easy - it's still on youtube):You'll just disappear after you get slapped around, as usual. So, why bother? Everyone remembers fox's humiliation, and you would too, for 15 seconds, if I went and got it and slapped you with it. And then you'd forget, and run this kind of asinine **** again. Koolaid isn't just for kids, is it...

You're still spending your time with that trollop My Clemmy? I'm really feeling quite crushed, almost like I do when you lay on top of me. Why don't you come down to the basement? I can make you forget about her. I'll even let you give me a British fish hook.

Tenacious CIBC (Clem Is Bat[excrement] Crazy).Oh yeah, anyone who worries about an 11.5 real unemployment rate or a $1.6 trillion annual deficit must be nuts.Especially given that Obama and Dems are doing everything they can to defend the status quo. What's your plan to balance the budget? To bring down unemployment? You're nothing but a lying, fawning shill for the Democrat Party.

Back to the Flying Monkeys.........Yesterday (last Friday) the House Judiciary Committee approved the bill requiring the placement of "In God We Trust" on all "public buildings, public schools, and other government institutions." The bill was introduced by Tea Party-backed GOP Rep. Randy Forbes (VA), who in recent years introduced bills demanding that the federal government "recognize the Holy Bible as the inerrant word of God." Forbes' bill has a good shot of passage in the full House.LinkWhat happened to Jobs! Jobs! Jobs! and cutting spending? We're broke but we have money to spend on putting 'In God We Trust' on government buildings? And this guy wants the federal government to recognize the Holy Bible as the inerrant word of God?Hello!!!! Establishment clause anyone?

Seems like cash-strapped Wisconsin has plenty of money to give out government patronage jobs.........(On Saturday March 12) a bunch of protesters descended on Wisconsin State Senator Randy Hoppers Fond du Lac home to voice their displeasure with his vote. The senators wife met the protesters and she gave them an earful about his affair. She also accused him of not living in his district.(Hopper's wife said that the Senator was actually living in Madison with his 25-year-old mistress.) Now the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that Valerie Cass, identified as the senators girlfriend, obtained a job with the state on February 7, 2011. She holds the position of communication specialist with the Department of Regulation and Licensing. It is a temporary post paying $20.35 an hour, although she is listed as an assistant to the executive assistant.Ms. Cass was recommended to the position by Scott Walkers chief of staff, Keith Gilkes.Valerie Cass finally received her job on February 7th. Not only did she get the position, she also received a substantial pay raise. The person doing the job previously earned $31,200 a year. Cass earns, if she stays for a year, $43,200; almost a 35 percent increase.LinkHopper's wife said that she intends to join the recall efforts against her husband by signing the recall petition.

Hey, Misty Blue(note, I used correct name)..How's THIS for "Wacky Right Wing"..."SEIU head, Banking Lobbyist, TEACHING THE PLAN TO DESTROY AMERICA'S ECONOMY AND GOVERNMENT!"...WACKY, Right?...I ONLY WISH IT WERE........COMMENTS THAT WERE TAPE-RECORDED THIS PAST WEEKEND, FROM JAMES LERNER, SEIU BANKING-FINANCE CONSPIRACY HEAD:"There are actually extraordinary things we could do right now to start to destabilize the folks that are in power and start to rebuild a movement."(Terrorist Conspiracy)."For example, 10% of homeowners are underwater right their home they are paying more for it then its worth 10% of those people are in strategic default, meaning they are refusing to pay but they are staying in their home that's totally spontaneous they figured out it takes a year to kick me out of my home because foreclosure is backed up""If you could double that number you would you could put banks at the edge of insolvency again."(All Homeowners should REFUSE TO PAY BACK THE LOANS, AND COLLAPSE THE ECONOMY)"Students have a trillion dollar debt" (Students should REFUSE TO PAY BACK THE LOANS, AND COLLAPSE THE ECONOMY)(Gee, where have I HEARD that BEFORE????...I remember something about "Causing a Crisis SO DAMAGING, THAT THE ECONOMY AND GOVERNMENT WILL COLLAPSE, AND THEN WE CAN STEP IN, AND REBUILD GOVERNMENT THE WAY WE WANT"...OH YEAH, NOW I REMEMBER!.....CLOWARD AND PIVEN, OBAMA'S OLD COMMUNIST PROFESSORS FROM COLOMBIA!)"We have an entire economy that is built on debt and banks so the question would be what would happen if we organized homeowners in mass to do a mortgage strike if we get half a million people to agree? It would literally cause a new finical crisis for the banks, not for us we would be doing quite well we wouldn't be paying anything...We have to think much more creatively. The key thing... What does the other side fear the most - they fear disruption. They fear uncertainty. Every article about Europe says in they rioted in Greece the markets went downThe folks that control this country care about one thing how the stock market goes what the bond market does how the bonuses goes. We have a very simple strategy:How do we bring down the stock market How do we bring down their bonuses How do we interfere with there ability to be rich... So a bunch of us around the country think who would be a really good company to hate?.. We decided that would be JP Morgan Chase, and so we are going to roll out over the next couple of months what would hopefully be an exciting campaign about JP Morgan Chase that is really about challenge the power of Wall Street. And so what we are looking at is the first week in May can we get enough people together starting now to really have an week of action in New York I don't want to give any details because I don't know if there are any police agents in the room."(NO POLICE, LERNER, JUST JOURNALISTS, WITH RECORDING DEVICES, Bwaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahaaa!) Welcome to Wisconsin or as it should be called.....FitzWalkerstan.The cast of characters:State Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, his younger brother, State Assembly Speaker Rep. Jeff Fitzgerald, their Papa Superintendent of the Wisconsin State Patrol Stephen Fitzgerald, and Governor Scott Walker.Stephen Fitzgerald, 68, served as Dodge County sheriff until 2002, when he was appointed U.S. Marshal for western Wisconsin. When his term expired last year, Stephen ran unsuccessfully for his old Sheriff job. Enter Gov. Scott Walker. Earlier this year, Walker tapped Stephen to be superintendent of the Wisconsin State Patrol. The Fond Du Lac Reporter pointed out that Stephen was the only finalist for the job from outside the Wisconsin State Patrol ranks, and The Wisconsin State Journal said the "eye-rolling appointment" didn't "pass the smell test." LinkHmmmmm....I wonder if that's the same Wisconsin State Patrol that Walker sent to find those missing Democratic State Senators?Nah! Must be another one. that's what i was thinking. i know at indiana gun shows, there is a background check. the only way to purchasea gun without one here is at horse auctions and things like that or personal trades like you mentioned. a very low number. The regulations vary from state to state.Unfortunately, current federal law requires criminal background checks only for guns sold through licensed firearm dealers, which account for just 60% of all gun sales in the United States. A loophole in the law allows individuals not engaged in the business of selling firearms to sell guns without a licenseand without processing any paperwork. That means that two out of every five guns sold in the United States change hands without a background check.Though commonly referred to as the Gun Show Loophole, the private sales described above include guns sold at gun shows, through classified newspaper ads, the Internet, and between individuals virtually anywhere.Unfortunately, only six states (CA, CO, IL, NY, OR, RI) require universal background checks on all firearm sales at gun shows. Three more states (CT, MD, PA) require background checks on all handgun sales made at gun shows. Seven other states (HI, IA, MA, MI, NJ, NC, NE) require purchasers to obtain a permit and undergo a background check before buying a handgun. Florida allows its counties to regulate gun shows by requiring background checks on all firearms purchases at these events.33 states have taken no action whatsoever to close the Gun Show Loophole.http://www.csgv.org/...n-show-loopholeBy the way, since you've obviously never attempted to purchase a gun at a gun show, the guy running the booth has to call the sale in to the feds and get approval.Only if he is a licensed dealer.

The regulations vary from state to state. yeah. i looked it up after i posted that. i didn't realize the "loophole" was personal sales transactions. i guess that loophole is still open here.

Maybe you should talk to Wayne LaPierre about that. 40% of the weapons sold are sold with no backround checks at all, thanks to things like the gun show loophole, which the NRA fights to keep in effect, even though 74% of NRA members believe that loophole needs to be closed. Never mind the numbers The guns used in the incidents under discussion weren't purchased through the so-called "loophole" anyway.

Gun show loophole. Google it. I find it amazing you're just not seeing it. Lemme see if I can make it clearer. There are laws in place that prohibit a felon from owning, possessing and acquiring firearms. Felons still acquire them. So pass another law. And they'll still acquire them.

Only if he is a licensed dealer. Who do you think sells guns, at gun shows? Have you actually ever BEEN to a gun show? Apparently not. No, the figures aren't current because the NRA opposes keeping data on gun show sales. You're so **** cute. Because I worded something one way in one post and slightly different in another post, I was pulling a 'slight of hand'? ROFL I changed nothing. I said that 40% of guns are sold on the secondary market (gun shows, internet, private sales) with no backround checks. And that's what I meant. So only 60% of gun sales go through licensed firearms dealers and require a backround check. And two out of every five gun sales are made on the secondary market and require no backround check. Two out of five? That's what....about 40%? ROFL Gun show loophole. Google it. Again, people selling guns at gun shows do background checks. You can't sell a gun on the internet without going though an FFL, which does a background check. The ONLY person who can sell a gun, without a background check is a private owner. And in many states, that's illegal too. You really need to educate yourself because you're making claims about things that you obviously have no knowledge of. Edited by Golfboy, 27 December 2012 - 05:03 PM.

Man accused of supplying alleged trafficker with weapons from Indiana gun shows.A south suburban man is accused of driving back and forth to gun shows in Indiana earlier this year to supply an alleged South Side firearms trafficker with dozens of weapons.David Lewisbey, of South Holland, Ill., was charged in federal court with smuggling guns from Indiana to Illinois. In late April, he traveled from Chicago to Crown Point and Indianapolis where gun shows were being held before returning to Chicago to sell weapons to an illegal firearms dealer, authorities said.Investigators spoke to a father and son from Indianapolis who acknowledged selling about 30 guns to Lewisbey in March and April at the Indianapolis 1500 Gun & Knife Show and in private deals. They provided investigators with a receipt of one of their gun sales to Lewisbey, authorities said. The father and son, who werent identified in court documents, told investigators they bought guns for the purpose of reselling them.Neither has a federal license to sell guns but they havent been charged with any wrongdoing, officials said.Under federal law, people not engaged in the [gun] business or who only make an occasional sale can sell firearms at gun shows and in private deals without having a federal license. They dont have to conduct a background check, either.Stores that sell guns, on the other hand, must have a federal license and perform background checks.Gun-control activists have called the different licensing standards the gun show loophole and for years have urged Congress to close it.Lewisbey is accused of supplying alleged Englewood gun dealer Levaine Tanksley with most, if not all, of the 43 guns Tanksley is accused of selling to a federal informant on April 22 and April 23. Almost all those weapons were handguns, authorities say.On Wednesday, Lewisbey was ordered held without bail. Tanksley was charged earlier this year with being a felon in possession of firearms in the same case. The investigation is being conducted by a task force that includes the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; the Chicago Police Department; and the Illinois State Police.
