Here come the Chelsea Clinton Truthers.

Chelsea Clinton announced that she is with child, and just like clockwork the right wing flying monkeys are saying that the pregnancy was timed to help her mother's presidential campaign.
Never mind that the election is not until 2016, and Hillary has not even declared that she is running, and never mind that Chelsea got married in 2010, and it would not be at all unusual for someone who has been married for three years to want to start a family, and never mind that Chelsea said in an interview last year, that she and her husband were planning to start a family this year.

It must be some kind of a plot.

Justice Scalia Tells Law Students ‘Perhaps You Should Revolt’ If Taxes Become Too High

During an event at the University of Tennessee’s law school on Tuesday, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia suggested to the capacity crowd that perhaps they should revolt against the U.S government if their taxes ever get too high.
During a question and answer part of the event, a student asked Scalia about the constitutionality of a federal income tax. Scalia assured the questioner that the tax was in fact permissible by the constitution, but added that if it ever became too high, “perhaps you should revolt.”

So fat Tony is advocating violence against the government.

Something to note about tennesseans and their taxes. There is no state income tax. A few years back there was a mention of implementing a state income tax on the state house floor. Almost every representative was unseated the following election.

Nathan Deal (R) signed into law Wednesday a bill that allows guns to be carried just about everywhere including bars (and associated parking facilities), houses of worship, school safety zones, school functions or on school-provided transportation and government buildings, except of course the Georgia State Capitol.

It also provides immunity from prosecution for those who use a banned firearm in self-defense under the stand your ground law.

Guns in bars. What a great idea. Because we all know that people who have been drinking always exercise the best judgment.

We have the right to carry here in bars, schools, churches and most other places in our state.
Nothing bad has happened in the 3 years I've lived here.

Maybe it's just where you live, or more likely you're just afraid of your fellow citizens.

I proposed the bet based on your shoving an assumed "plot" about Anne Ramsey Clinton running for prez down someone's throat.
