WOW! Your going against the leader of the Republican party, the drug addled gasbag Rush Limbaugh?

He said, "Republicans were not elected to govern. The Republican Party was not elected to fix a broken system or to make it work. The Republican Party was not elected to sit down and work together with the democrats."

If I don't like a company's product, service, attitude, customer service, whatever, I dump them and go with their competitor.
Newsflash Jackhole, when it comes to Internet Service Providers/Cable TV, there is no competitor for me.
I have one choice and that is Blue Ridge Communications or nothing.
I tried to get Direct TV, but there are too many trees around my house for them to get a clear signal.
And 30% of Americans are in the same boat as me.
So don't give me that competition ****.
Woe is ISP: 30% of Americans can’t choose their service provider.

Oh well then let's screw up the entire country's internet so you don't have to cut down any trees or run a cable to a clear area.

Stupid freaking troll.

Which will change very soon unless liberals screw it up.

Like they screw up almost everything they touch.

Yes Misty. Satellites don't function in Pennsylvania. :loco:
FYI, you can cut down a tree, or mount a satellite dish on a pole.

Which has nothing to do with what they'll actually do.

He was talking about a lack of a mandate.

Oh no he wasn't Kitten.
On November 3rd he said, "The Republican Party is going to have one hell of a mandate, by the way, if its wins. The Republican Party's gonna have one of the most important, biggest mandates I can recall a party ever having."
And the day after the election he said, "The Republican Party now has one of the most important and unquestionable mandates a political party has ever had at its junction with American history, especially a political party which did not run on a national agenda. The Republican Party purposely stood mute nationally."

You know the transcripts of all of his shows are available online right Puss?
So why would you think you could get away with lying about what the leader of your party said?
You know those Repubes in Congress take their marching orders straight from old RushBo.
I love how the blowhard actually admitted that the Repubes ran on nothing.

Many of us said the GOP ran on nothing. No news there. And 31 governors, the most state legislations they have controlled in modern history added to the gains they made in the house and the senate it is not hard to make the argument they have a mandate, kitten.

Did I say that smart ***?
I was talking specifically about my own situation.
GB: FYI, you can cut down a tree, or mount a satellite dish on a pole.
And you don't think we thought of that Sparky?
Direct TV came to my house and they could not find a spot on my property where they could get a clear signal.
There are nothing but trees in my community, and they don't let you just cut them down.
We even had to get a permit to cut down a few dead trees recently.
They treat the damn trees like they're sacred or something.
The trees are also very tall, so even a pole wouldn't work.
But I love how you think that you know my situation better than I do.

Nothing buts trees everywhere, and tall ones.
How many should I cut down GB?

1. Your tree issues are a product of the lib/prog policies you support where you can't even control your property.

2. When you make the CHOICE to live somewhere they may be sacrifices. Like living in the sticks, which I have done in the past and presently choose not to.

3. No sympathy for you,

I can't cut down any trees Jackhole. My community won't allow it.
And I have no idea what you are talking when you say run a cable.
Satellite TV does not work on a cable asswipe.

Net Neutrality is not screwing up the entire country's internet you jackass.
It's just the opposite.
It means that everyone will have equal access to content on the internet.
It's the corporations that don't want that.

You would give them the power to block or slow down users’ connections to online content, discriminate against online content and applications that they don't like, censor our speech, exert control over where you go and what you see, and scrutinize every piece of information we send or receive online IOW spy on us.
If broadband providers were reclassified as telecommunications services, they couldn't do those things.
And that is what the president is asking for. He is not asking to take over the internet.

There must be some way to run a wire to carry a signal to your home from a semi-distant receiver.

99:1 that could easily be worked out with minimal effort by some company, if it's not already available.

Oh yeah, just like Obamacare helped health insurance and health care.

Didn't we just have an election largely about that? How did that work out?

It's the corporations that don't want that.
They want to be paid for extra usage. Wow, how outrageous! :\

I never wrote a single word about much of that, so you're lying.

And yes, Obama is doing his best to put the federal government in charge of the internet. But you're too dishonest to admit that.

You're a fawning, groveling, lying toady for Beltway politicians.
