Show examples of lefties, both regular posters or pundits and politicians, criticizing obama for his use of the pen and the phone. Show us the criticism from the left of anything that Obama has done that is questionable on constitutional issues.

As far as the divide in your party that was settled during the 2010 midterms when your progressive establishment did not back the blue dogs. It is the same that is happening to the GOP now with the establishment ridding themselves of conservatives.
