Trump Tried to Hustle Friday Photo Op with NYPD

According New York City Police Chief Bill Bratton, Donald Trump tried to hustle a photo op today with the NYPD, the afternoon after the ambush murders in Dallas.

This morning as the news was unfolding, Trump's "head of security" Keith Schiller asked that Trump be granted permission to speak at a 3 p.m. roll call at the NYPD Midtown North Precinct.

Bratton rejected the idea, telling reporters the NYPD wasn't there to provide candidate photo ops.

So President Obama has the temerity to speak about how the shootings of two black men by police is symptomatic of a broader set of racial disparities that exist in our criminal justice system, and he is blamed for the murder of 5 Dallas police officers.

Never mind that (BEFORE the shooting in Dallas) he also said that "When people say black lives matter, it doesn’t mean blue lives don’t matter."
And he told law enforcement, "We know you have a tough job. We mourn those in uniform who are protecting us who lose their lives."

He also said, "Now let me just say that we have extraordinary appreciation and respect for the vast majority of police officers who put their line on the lives every day.
They have a dangerous job. It is a tough job. And as I’ve said before, they have a right to go home to their families, just like anybody else on the job.

And there are gonna be circumstances where they’re gonna have to make split second decisions. We understand that.
The overwhelming majority of police officers are doing a great job every single day and are doing their job without regard to race."
Full Transcript of Obama's Speech on the Police Shootings

We are also hearing that in addition to Obama, the Black Lives Matter movement also has 'blood on their hands.'

Yet these same people are the ones who defended Sarah Palin for putting a crosshairs symbol over the district of Congresswoman Gabby Giffords after Giffords was shot in the head.
And the same ones who defended Donald Trump for lamenting that in the good old days, protesters would be carried out on a stretcher, or giving his followers permission to punch people in the face and he would pay their legal fees, and some of his followers actually attacked protesters.

Here are as few more examples of the incendiary rhetoric coming from the right that I'm sure will be defended.

Wow! It looks like someone has quite a hard-on for me, and unfortunately I don't think it's the kind that I usually enjoy.

I find it rather curious that Officer Yanez said that he reacted to the 'presence' and the 'display' of Philando Castile's gun.
He didn't say that Castile brandished the gun or threatened him in any way with it.
Jeronimo Yanez, the police officer who killed a black driver during a suburban Minnesota traffic stop this week, reacted to the man's gun — not his race — his attorney said Saturday.

St. Anthony Police Officer Yanez was reacting to "the presence of that gun and the display of that gun" when he opened fire on and killed Philando Castile, Minneapolis attorney Thomas Kelly told the Associated Press in an interview Saturday.

Kelly declined to further elaborate to the AP how Castile, 32, displayed the weapon or the events that led up to the deadly Wednesday traffic stop.

Wow. It's amazing the stupid **** liberals get upset about, but continue to do to this day.

But somehow it's different when Palin does it, and she magically was able to convince a liberal nut (redundant, I know) to go shoot Giffords.

It sounds to me like Yanez probably should never have been a cop in the first place.
But I will say that if Castile reached for his gun, the cop did exactly the right thing.

So the Mangled Orange Hellbeast declared himself to be the 'Law And Order' candidate today.

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump Monday declared himself the “law and order candidate,” vowing to bring safety and justice to American cities wracked by violence and poverty.

“Everyone will be treated equally and justly without prejudice,” he said during a campaign event in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Yay!!! The Weasleheaded **** is going to do away with prejudice, and we are going to live in a world where everyone is treated equally.
I can't wait.

Looks like they got Teleprompter Trump back on the script they wrote for him.
He came across like a performing monkey.

I might be wrong, but I didn't see any threads here about the courthouse shooting in Michigan.
Two court officers were killed and a deputy and one other person wounded.
If there was a thread it must have sunk pretty fast, because I don't see it on the front page.
I can't help but wonder if it would have gotten more attention if Larry Darnell Gordon had been a black man.
I'm just sayin'.
