You'd better clean out your ears if you think she said the same thing.

First of all, she had been briefed on the incident before she gave her remarks, so she had more info than Trump did about what caused the explosion.
And she handled it very differently.

Notice that she mentioned both the first responders and the victims, and she said that we need to let the investigation unfold before we know who was responsible.
She also spoke in a calming voice, so as not to instill a sense of fear or panic, and she didn't say things like, "it's a terrible thing going on in our world and in our country."
Trump sounds like the **** voice of doom.

You keep talking about how I'm always 'defending' Hillary, but I would not have to defend her if you did not lie about her all the time.
She and Trump handled this situation very differently, and I'm not the only one who noticed that.
As you can see by the link above, even FOX News reported that.

And so did NBC.

****...Hillary with the help of the media spun it to make Hillary sound cautious...you know, like when Hillary was cautious when she received multiple requests for more security in Lybia even after the Brits and the Red Cross pulled out due to lack of security.

You believe the Hillary-media if you want to...I'll believe the other reports that melt your spin...and my report even includes a cute cartoon. That way even you can hang your hat on it.

Over 12 hours later, Trump finally says something about the victims.
This is his usual M.O. anytime there is an incident like this.
His first instinct is always to either congratulate himself or politicize the issue.
He only remembers that there are victims involved after he is shamed into it.

Bet he won't stand before the victims and blame it on a video.

Another filthy liar.
These are just some of his tweets AFTER 2011.
This does not even count all of the stuff that he said in interviews and on TV shows.

What kind of contempt must people like Trump and Christie have for the voters that they think they can just lie to us like that?

Christie’s claim that Trump did not ‘on a regular basis’ spout birther nonsense after 2011

JAKE TAPPER: “Well, just as a point of fact, again, Donald Trump did not accept when Barack Obama released his birth certificate in 2011. He kept up this whole birther thing until Friday. That’s five years. But we only have a little time left. So, I want to ask you…”

GOV. CHRIS CHRISTIE (R-N.J.): “No, but, Jake, that’s just not true. It’s not true that he kept it up for five years.”

TAPPER: “Sure, he did.”

CHRISTIE: “It’s simply not true.”

TAPPER: “It is true.”

CHRISTIE: “It wasn’t like he was talking — no, Jake, it wasn’t like — it wasn’t like he was talking about it on a regular basis until then.”

— Exchange on CNN”s “State of the Union,” Sept. 18, 2016

This is why Americans hate politics. A sitting governor goes on national television and when he is called out for an obvious falsehood, he simply repeats the inaccurate talking points over and over.
Slate magazine counted nearly 40 Trump tweets since 2011 that raise questions about Obama’s birth.

Even after Trump starting running for president last year, he continued to question the president’s background in television interviews.

So Dumb Donald posts this to Twitter thinking that it is a flattering article about him.
Apparently he didn't read past the headline. LOL

The article said that his press conference was, "...a low moment for politics and political coverage. A nothing-burger filled with falsehoods covered as though it was the Super Bowl."
