Potentially problematic, but if it's incorporated and co-owned by his family, then perhaps every president who has owned stock in the general market was in violation of the Constitution.

Every time a company in which they held shares profited from a foreign country, they profited as well.

Get this through that thick skull of yours Puss.
The Clintons are toast.
They are over.
They will never run for public office again.

Your party is in charge now, so you'd better get ready to defend the narcissistic, vindictive, petty/small, fraud/con-artist that you voted for.

His children, who he says are going to run his business, are on his transition team.
They are helping to pick his cabinet and sitting in on meetings with major CEO's and foreign leaders.

What if Hillary Clinton had won and her daughter was running the foundation while also being part of the transition team and was meeting with the heads of huge corporations and foreign leaders?

Have you forgotten all the demands from the right that if she won, they would have to shut down the foundation?
Which BTW is a foundation that does a lot of good work around the world and shutting it down would mean that many people would no longer get their HIV drugs and they would die.

Most presidents like Obama, Bush and Clinton divest themselves of any stock or put their holdings in a blind trust.

True, the Clinton's are far, far, far more corrupt, but also more indirect.

They enriched themselves by $250 million, not counting the Clinton Foundation Slush Fund $2 billion or so, much of it from foreign governments and Special Interests.[/quote]

It's perfectly obvious to anyone with eyes how corrupt they are, but you Democrat Talking Point Liars deny it all.

That's why she deleted 33,000 emails and Bleach-washed her server, then lied they were about yoga and her daughter's wedding.

Big freaking deal, moonbat. Clinton was collecting chits for payments to be made after he left office.

They later accepted massive amounts of money from foreign governments in anticipation of HRC becoming president, as "everyone" believed would happen so she could dole out the paid-for favors then.

I'll bet there's a long list of favor seekers wanting a refund.

When I referred to "reading," I was referring to the news, Dim, not the forum.

And I couldn't post because I lost my password when my desk top went down. That's why I'm using a different screen name. But I could have read what's on the forum using my laptop, despite not being able to sign in. I maybe came by once or twice for a few minutes over that period.

So on the basis of your stupidity, you accuse me of lying.

The usual smears and propaganda from a con artist, you.

There are legitimate disagreements over work performed; sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.

It's literally impossible for someone who does that much business not to have lost some lawsuits, even if he absolutely believed he was correct.

Yes, he apparently did get caught using money from his foundation, still chump change compared to the Clinton corruption, about which I've never, EVER seen you complain, only deny and stonewall.
I don't have the slightest illusion he hasn't done wrong, but he's a saint compared to Bill and Hillary.
But you will turn a blind eye to all of that and keep bleating about the Clintons.
I won't do any such thing. I'll read the news and watch the outcome, but you'll ignore my words and lie, and lie, and lie, and lie, and lie.......because that's who you are.

Hmmm....let's compare the Clinton Foundation's ratings to those of the Trump Foundation's ratings, shall we?

The Clintons gave 1 million dollars to their foundation in tax year 2015.
Trump hasn't put a dime into his foundation since 2008.
And he has used the money that other people gave to make political contributions, buy goodies for himself and pay off some of his legal settlements.

Let me know when you want to discuss something besides the Clintons.
They are irrelevant at this point.
I'm much more concerned with the future.
You seem to want to dwell on the past.

I'm sure it's just a deflection from having to deal with the fact that you voted for a fraud/con-artist, serial groper/sexual assaulter and racist/Birther.

Big freaking deal. It's more of a political/ personal slush fund than a charity, and they sold government access and favors to collect their personal $250 million and the $2 billion in the slush fund.
Trump hasn't put a dime into his foundation since 2008.
And he has used the money that other people gave to make political contributions, buy goodies for himself and pay off some of his legal settlements.
Some of that is sleazy maybe illegal, but he hasn't sold government favors, because he wasn't a politician.

If he follows in the Clintons' path, I'll be all over him, not deny and lie and stonewall like you have for so many years.
I'm sure it's just a deflection from having to deal with the fact that you voted for a fraud/con-artist, serial groper/sexual assaulter and racist/Birther.
Yes, yes, you have all the Democrat Talking Point Lies memorized.

You can babble in frustration all you want as he defunds and dismantles your base. :)

So about 5 days ago after wasting more than two years and spending $7.8 million dollars, Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy quietly shut down the House Select Committee on Benghazi.
The final report did not single out any wrongdoing by then secretary of state Hillary Clinton.

House Benghazi committee files final report and shuts down.

That's rather like me transferring money from one business account into another. They retain control of it.

Here's your "charity," Dim.

It's a political slush fund that they can also use for their personal and professional benefit; first class travel, first class hotels, massive write offs of clothing, luggage etc. etc.
Just 5.7 Percent Of Clinton Foundation Budget Actually Went To Charitable Grants
Reporter, Associate Editor
6:36 PM 09/16/2016
Just 5.7 percent of the Clinton Foundation’s massive 2014 budget actually went to charitable grants, according to the tax-exempt organization’s IRS filings. The rest went to salaries and employee benefits, fundraising and “other expenses.”
The Clinton Foundation spent a hair under $91.3 million in 2014, the organization’s IRS filings show. But less than $5.2 million of that went to charitable grants.
That number pales in comparison to the $34.8 million the foundation spent on salaries, compensation and employee benefits.
Another $50.4 million was marked as “other expenses,” while the remaining almost $851K was marked as “professional fundraising expenses.”
Despite taking in an additional $30 million in 2014, the Clinton Foundation spent 40 percent less on charitable grants in 2014 than in 2013. Even as it slashed charitable spending, the foundation increased the amount spent on salaries, employee benefits and compensation by $5 million in 2014. The foundation also spent $5 million more “other expenses” in 2014.

He's not even president, and these issues will be worked out in time.

Or they won't, and I'll criticize him appropriately.

After turning a blind eye to vast Clinton corruption, you're already engaging in a Propaganda Campaign, and you'll continue to do so, even after everything is resolved by him.

You're a dishonest political hack.
Stop beating that dead horse and deal with the present.
There's little to deal with. It hasn't even been two months since the election, so he cannot be expected to have resolved everything.
