Did someone leak a FISA warrant that proved that Trump's phone was tapped?
This has been in the news since november. And remember, Trump owns trump towers. And the offices in question. They are his phones.#ShePersisted » 07 Mar 2017 12:34 pm » wrote: What leaks?

First of all which media outlets have reported that there was a FISA warrant issued that allowed surveillance of Trump's phones?Huey » 07 Mar 2017 11:42 am » wrote:That is an excellent point. The media has reported on this for months now. Either multiple media sources are lying OR the administration members are lying.
And the record of both, to include Clapper, does not lead one to believe one is a better source than another.
If in fact FISA warrants were executed, or at least requested, Obama himself probably did not utter the words "I order this to be done". But considering the AG has to sign off on these warrants, and the sensitive nature of listening in to either a leading candidate or his staff in the middle of a contentious election, makes it hard to believe that Obama was not in the loop. Apparently his NSC head knows, his AG knows, and others in the white house know. So it is a question of what did he know and when did he know it.
Only if the all of the news on CNN, the NYT's, MSNBC, the Guardian, Heatstreet, FOX, etc is all fake.
So who is lying?
Look at the liar backtrack, in vain.#ShePersisted » 07 Mar 2017 12:34 pm » wrote: What leaks?

Many others have committed a number of felonies leaking classified information to the media. So he is accusing not only Obama, but many others of a committing a crime.

There are weeks of reports in the liberal MSM of "transcripts" and many details of private conversations.
If Trump's phones weren't tapped, where did they come from, Dim?
#ShePersisted » 07 Mar 2017 1:11 pm » wrote: Which calls are you talking about?
The calls between Trump and foreign leaders, or the calls between his people and the Russians?
If it's the first one, those calls are recorded.
So they could have been leaked by someone in the WH.
If it's the second one, the calls of foreign officials are regularly monitored.
Especially Russian officials.
So since his people were talking to Ambassador Kissmyass all the time, those calls were picked up.
Why are you surprised that the Intel community might be leaking?
I guess they don't like it when the POTUS compares them to Nazis, doesn't believe them when they say that the Russian's hacked the DNC, and disrespects the CIA memorial wall by standing in front of it and talking about the size of his inaugural crowd and how many times he's been on the cover of Time Magazine
I have more than once said that I don't know if there was collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians to influence the election.Termin8tor » 07 Mar 2017 1:01 pm » wrote: Which media outlet has accused Trump of colluding with the Russians, liar?

Nobody knows if that has occurred.
So far it has not been proven.
But keep lying about my position.

He didn't compare "them" to Nazis, liar, just the criminals who are illegally leaking to the MSM to undermine him.Why are you surprised that the Intel community might be leaking?

Trump is president with access to all records of in investigations and likely confidential sources in the federal government disturbed at the unethical, illegal and unConstitutional campaign against him.#ShePersisted » 07 Mar 2017 11:18 am » wrote: is he now, without any proof, accusing Obama of a crime?
Yes and yes.
Liar.Is a conspiracy theory wingnut.
Report: Trump's assertion of Obama wiretapping may increase impeachment odds.
President Trump's Saturday tweetstorm regarding Obama, wiretapping and the next Watergate could bring serious consequences.
Noah Feldman of Bloomberg has made a case for how impeachment could be among them.
He notes that Trump's apparently unfounded assertions may not fall under the free speech protection granted by the First Amendment.
Further, says Feldman, "An allegation of potentially criminal misconduct made without evidence is itself a form of serious misconduct by the government official who makes it."
He continues, "How is such misconduct by an official to be addressed?...
The answer is that the constitutional remedy for presidential misconduct is impeachment."
Feldman further notes, "If the alleged action would be impeachable if true, so must be the allegation if false.
Anything else would give the president the power to distort democracy by calling his opponents criminals without ever having to prove it."
Trump's tweets regarding the wiretapping are notably lacking in the proof category.
Did Noah suggest the whole dem party should be removed from office with all their claims without evidence?
