I could swear they say that after every mass shooting.
Why do you leave out the part about due process? THAT was the major reason. I guess you agree that a president should have the power to restrict rights, correct?

As you ignore that it is the only conclusion we can come to.

Obama has my IMMENSE respect for not quitting his job and running out on his family, which was what I believed he would when I voted for him (Have I mentioned I hate the country? No matter - others have). I was also blown away when we didn't have to forcibly evict him and his niglets from the white house - I mean, how many of your coloreds give a **** what's on their credit report?

If it's getting overturned, and the overturning re-enfranchises ANYONE, then I'm with the overturners - full stop. As a general rule, there's no need for me to educate myself before commenting, because I can usually pick the right side of any issue with my eyes closed and my dick out. That comes from being well traveled, highly (self) educated, and part Irish (with a German half to keep the poet in check and to keep an eye on the dirty jews).

But this seems to be that rare exception that proves the rule - like how those two dicks I sucked prove how hetero I am.
Don't really give amuck, pops.

As long as you realize misty is supporting giving a president the right to restrict rights without consulting congress OR due process.

I realize that is your charge against her.

I'm not terribly concerned that people living on my dime because a head doctor said they're nuts might have trouble spending the money I give them every month on a ruger.

I already buy panties, pastries and pow-pows for our shiftless criminals in uniform - cops, soldiers, assorted ne'er-do-wells.

Panties and pastries alone will suffice for the guy who dresses like captain kangaroo and won't take a job on the excuse that he's cuckoo for cocoa puffs. You got no job, six tattoos AND a man bun? NO PISTOL, ****. NO PISTOL. :ninja:

One tenth of the Trumpcare bill is devoted to a new rule allowing states to deny Medicaid coverage to lottery winners.

Trump calls for creation of special office to support victims of crimes by illegal immigrants.

Trump’s Executive Order Mandates Government Reports on Honor Killings

Lottery winners receiving Medicaid, out of control crime committed by undocumented immigrants, and honor killings are all big news on FOX News and Breitbart.

Welcome to Trump's America.

Yeah cause the Republicans are doing a bang up job.
How did that Trumpcare roll-out go today?
I'm sure that taking healthcare away from millions of people will make them even more popular.

These are the two men that you dismissed as two 'leftist wackjobs' who share the same 'nutty' opinion.

Noah Feldman is a Bloomberg View columnist and a professor of constitutional and international law at Harvard University and was a clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice David Souter.

Laurence Tribe is a professor of constitutional law at Harvard Law School and the Carl M. Loeb University Professor at Harvard University.

Tribe is a scholar of constitutional law and the author of American Constitutional Law, a major treatise in that field, and has argued before the United States Supreme Court 36 times.

But I'm sure that you think that you know more about Constitutional law than either of those two idiots, right Puss?

You mean the forced buying of high cost insurance with big deductibles and few doctors is a great insurance?? I was lucky enough to have Aetna retiree insurance and didn't have to buy that disaster of insurance. You obviously have a mental defect if you think that insurance was anywhere near good.

Obama and the Democrats did such a bangup job that the result over the midterm and presidential elections the country went Republican.

Obama's doubling the debt while spending $900 billion average a year in deficit while presiding over a dismal 1.2 average GDP. Also having employment drop by 8 million full time jobs and increasing part time jobs. The results of progressive idiocy. The result is a backlash with the following.
1. President and Congress are Republican.
2. State governors and legislatures in 36 states are Republican.
3. Only 6 states are Democrat.
4. The remaining states went from Democrat to mixed.
The county election map of the country shows a sea of red with two spots of blue in southern California and southern NY.

Thank you Obama!!!

As you were saying about Republicans failure???

It really is difficult to prevent Obama's attempt to bankrupt the country by getting many more millions of Americans hooked on Entitlements, but the replacement bill for all its problems is far superior to Obama's collapsing, snicker, "Signature Achievement." :\
