The more sensible route, he said, is a slow-and-steady approach.  “There’s going to be a deep examination of science and the cost-benefit issues,” he said. “We will eventually do the right thing, but it’s going to take a decade or so.” 

He's saying people are immersed in the manufactured panic so deeply that common sense will take forever.
I think he's spot on. People are **** stupid most of the time. Living on gossip basically ...

Maybe chronically apathetic. I dunno...

I know I don't trust anything or anybody anymore.   
Workshop projects and a bit of art. Past that little world, everyone else is all drama.
Climate re-engineering (for better or worse) is a next to impossible task.

Could we actually change it if we tried?
Seriously put all our effort into warming up our planet if we deemed it necessary...
What would that take? Has anyone ever considered that just for examination?
What would the computer models "teach us"? **** laughable **** no doubt.
