A New York judge ruled that Trump inflated his property values, including his Mira Mar-a-Lago Resort, which the judge determined was worth $18-$27 million from 2011 to 2021... CALLING his assessment of its value... FRAUD !!
However... The "Ruling" has ALREADY been criticized as a politically-motivated ruling, because the "New York" judge claimed the "Florida" property in Mar-a-Lago was only worth $18-$27 million... AND, to put the ruling into perspective... critics have pointed out that houses much smaller than the Mar-a-Lago Resort, in the same area, on 0.28-0.89 acres are listed for (and worth) $18-40 million. WHILE the Mar-a-Lago Resort, is a 20-acre property, and despite being 20 to 70 times larger.... is WORTH the SAME or LESS ???
HOLY ****... DO you get the feeling that the Democrat LAWYERS and POLITICIANS are just trying to throw ALL the CRAP they can against the WALL of "Public OPINION", and HOPE that some of it STICKS ?? THIS HOWEVER... BORDERS of IMBECILIC, and MORONIC, and if the POLLS are ANY indications... Based on the property in question and IF the smaller properties in the area are correct... IF the smaller properties, AT THE TIME of the assessment, were worth $18-40 million... a complex like Mira Lago, on 20 acres, that was and is METICULOUSLY maintained... is a ONE of a KIND property, ABSOLUTELY worth WHATEVER someone was willing to pay.... BUT, a Price in the $100-$150 million range or MORE would be reasonable... It is the judge who is committing fraud under color of law. Let me ask you something... HOW do you value a ONE of a kind property, in one of the MOST exclusive neighborhoods in Florida/America ? YOU can find "pennies" out there that are worth exactly that.. a PENNY (1Cent)... BUT THEN, there are rare ones, in perfect condition, that are worth TENS of Thousands of dollars... WHO is qualified to estimate the value of those pennies? YOU? MAYBE someone who might be interested in BUYING it? Assessors are loathe to assess at anything near market value because it sends swarms of angry homeowners to raise hell at council meetings and it discourages the very **** out of homeowners making improvements.

A new York judge has no idea what a unique property like Mara largo could be worth.
