The previous owner kicked them out and then sold the building. The new owners bought an empty building. It doesn't matter what they do with it, because they didn't kick out the old people.Vegas » 03 Oct 2023, 10:40 am » wrote: ↑ That is the legal part of it. It's about the morality of it. I don't know why you can't see the immorality of that.
Nobody is challenging the legality of it.
Prediction
You will continue to bring up the legalities.
We already went through this.OdeToJoy » 03 Oct 2023, 12:21 pm » wrote: ↑ The previous owner kicked them out and then sold the building. The new owners bought an empty building. It doesn't matter what they do with it, because they didn't kick out the old people.

No, that didn't happen. You made that up.OdeToJoy » 03 Oct 2023, 12:21 pm » wrote: ↑ I had something similar happen to me. Just like how you said white nationalists took over some gardening forum you visit.
You are THEE biggest liar I've ever seen on a forum.
He made it all up. Read post #20 in this thread . Ode to Cock pretended to visit a gardening forum and white nationalists took over. Totally ludicrous.Vegas » 03 Oct 2023, 1:05 pm » wrote: ↑ I am used to progressives being lying hypocrites. Her lying and hypocrisy doesn't phase me, because it should be expected from them. What bothers me about Ode is that she claims to be a Christian. She is a wolf among the sheep in wolf's clothing. I am certain that God doesn't see her as a Christian. She sees herself as one, but that doesn't mean God sees her as one.
I told her that Jesus hates hypocrites. She refuses to repent though. So whatever.

His sock puppets make up **** all the time. The Bruce account said in @Plum Hollow 's thread that he couldn't even count all the guns in his safes. This new @PNW0637 account is making up stupid **** about visiting Hawaii. And, of course, the *** account is loaded with lying baggage.
Ode to Cock was Lore D on dot org. Get it? LoreD/Lordy. He played a 70 year grandma, and told the same whoppers. All his accounts have the same things in common, including atheism and hatred of white Christians. It's all the same friggin guy.
I clicked the link embedded in your link. Looks to me like the owners, Homes for the Homeless, suggested a sale, but it never went through. Looks to me like it's been the same owner all along:OdeToJoy » 03 Oct 2023, 1:15 pm » wrote: ↑ https://americanmilitarynews.com/2023/0 ... akers-say/

Homes for the Homeless, the non-profit organization that has owned Island Shores since the 1980s, will be contracting with the city to operate the new shelter that Carr expects to house up to 300 people, mainly comprised of families with children.

In other words, it wasn't an assisted living; it was a homeless shelter.LincolnNebraska » 03 Oct 2023, 1:24 pm » wrote: ↑ I clicked the link embedded in your link. You can't get to the US from Honduras, without flying or boat. They came from Mexico, so they go back to Mexico.

They told everybody that they had to get out at the end of their leases. Some of the people who were ready to sign new !eases had to get out very quickly.
And again, the previous owner ended the business and threw the people out. The non profit bought an empty building.
