After day ONE of the Trump "Fraud" case trial... it appears that 80% of the case brought by the CORRUPT New York DA... is OVER !!  Trump announced today, that based on the Judges comments after day one of the trial... that:

1)  The Statute of limitations WAS/IS (based on prior court rulings) STILL IN EFFECT... and 80% of the case is OVER !

2)  ALL the charges that the NY DA tried to bring that were PRIOR to 2014... are COVERED by the statute of limitations, and are NULL & VOID !

3)  THIS is a case where there ARE/WERE NO VICTIMS... NO ONE was DEFRAUDED, NO ONE was a VICTIM, and NO ONE was willing to accuse Trump of such... EXCEPT for a CORRUPT and POLITICIZED New YORK District Attorney... who HERSELF should be brought up on Charges... and REMOVED/DISMISSED from her position !  ...AND still may be !!

THEN... Trump goes on a 10+ minute RANT about how the ENTIRE CASE is an effort to USE the Judicial System as a media for "ELECTION INTERFERENCE"... where his Civil RIGHTS are being VIOLATED, and is a OVERT ATTEMPT to SILENCE HIM, and KEEP him OFF the Campaign trail... AND, HE IS RIGHT !!

All the while... The American PEOPLE SEE IT !!   Evidence of such is:  1)  Trumps poll CONTINUE to numbers GO UP,  2)  the Democrat Party and Joe Bidens poll numbers CONTINUE to GO DOWN, 3)  Trump is winning the GOP Primary bu 50 percentage points... and 4)  THIS is ALL BLOWING UP in the Democrat Parties FACE !!

Trump got more free publicity yesterday than braindead biden and all of the republican candidates combined. To any sane person, this trial is absurd. If I have a gold watch that I want to sell and I am asking $10,000 but you might find one for a lot less, all I have to say is that I am attached to it emotionally. There is no fraud if you agree to buy it for my price. The banks wanted no part in this sham trial and they said so. They got their money and no one complained but NY state. If this holds up on appeal, many businesses might decide to leave NY because of this terrible law. I also do not understand how the judge declared him guilty BEFORE the evidence was presented. Is this America? NO, it is the peoples republic of New York!!!

Isn't there some clause in the US constitution that the government is not allowed to harass a private citizen, by means of courts or otherwise?

1)  If Trump would have came out and stated something attributed to the Judge that the judge NEVER SAID... with the lawyers and others present... He would be in a WORLD of trouble.. EVEN NOW !!

2)  If the Judge said this and Trump WOULD NOT have made it a Public SPECTACLE (like he did)... IMMEDIATELY after it was said.. the Judge COULD have weaseled his way OUT of it... with the appropriate pressure from other Liberal entities... HE MIGHT have been able to "walk it back" !

3)  HOWEVER, if the judge said EXACTLY what Trump and his lawyers SAID that he SAID... it becomes PART of the News cycle, it was CORROBORATED by the lawyers, and NO ONE who was there contested it... and the judge never contested it... it effectively becomes TRUTH !!

MY ANALYSIS:  The Judge said pretty much what Trump and his lawyers SAID that he said, in front of Trump and the lawyers, and who ever else was there...  Trump to his credit wasted NO TIME in making it part of the News Cycle... NOW, over a day later... I have not seen anyone contest it... SO, GOOD LUCK walking it back now !

Donald Trump took what the judge said, and INTENDS to HOLD his feet to the fire... THIS is not Trumps first rodeo... I would bet a LOT that THIS is EXACTLY what was said.. AND that it will stand !!

Regarding the Jury trial... TRUMP DID talk about it... and he seemed to indicate that he was OK with it now !  DIDN'T YOU watch the clip ???

We WANT Trump to be the nominee.  We want your party to be the party that took away a woman's reproductive rights, the party that cannot even govern itself when it has a majority in the house, and the party whose standard bearer is a fraud, a rapist, and a convicted felon.

This isn't the fake criminal case, this is the fake civil fraud case. Hard to keep all the fake cases straight. 80% of this one has been ruled time barred and out of statute. The rest will likely be dismissed on similar grounds. It's fun watching incensed liberals go after Trump and lose.

the judge did not rule that the statute of limitations blocked 805 of the charges.  That is simply the defense's allegation.

You say you want Trump to run but the bogus lawsuits and attempts to keep him off the ballot say otherwise.  I smell fear and desperation in progressives actions, not confidence.

we want him to run, and the lawsuits are all a part of the plan.  He was damaged goods in November of 2020 which is why he lost.  Then J6 happened, then Hobbes happened, and then 91 indictments happened.  If we kept him off the ballot in just one or two states, that would be the symbolic start of the landslide.  I want him on the ballot in 47 states, bruised, battered... a proven fraud, a named rapist, and a convicted felon.... who, by November 2024, will have coattails made of lead.  His "coattails" will be more like a seine net on the back of a sinking fishing boat.  If the GOP keeps going like we want them to, if they keep the scrotum in their mouths right up until election day, their defeat will be EPIC.   And don't doubt for a moment that the big money behind the GOP knows that to be true.  That's why they are desperately trying this "draft Youngkin" movement which is too little too late.

Do I wish I had a stronger, younger candidate?  Of course, but you dance with the one that brung ya.... 2028 will be the year when both parties will have a chance to showcase their new talent for a new generation.  Joe's got this one.  He'll do just fine.
