Maybe some fresh air would improve your attitude.
No. Are you not capable of watching what happen, and figuring it out for yourself?murdock » 06 Oct 2023, 7:47 pm » wrote: ↑ Why? Because I don't believe everything the lying media tells me?
HA!! If anything... the opinion of MOST people on the subject... is ALL over the map...
I am a Democrat and have been since before the Roe decision. And you are a lying sack of ****. You cannot show me one Democratic party platform document from any time since Roe was enacted where the party's position has been for abortion to be "available any time during pregnancy" and certainly NEVER "after birth". Your own link shows that red states have gone too far, and, their actions, emboldened as they were by Hobbs, are bad news for republicans everywhere.ConservativeWave » 07 Oct 2023, 1:55 am » wrote: ↑ However, the Democrat Position has always been for it to be "available any time during a pregnancy"... and had even been moving to Abortions to be permitted "After Birth"... for SOME within the Democrat Party... WHICH is taking the NEXT RADICAL step !

Democrat party platform has moved from "safe, rare, and legal" position to a celebration of abortion as a civil right. Comparing women unable to get abortions to slavery. Not sure how many of their voters strongly support abortion but the party has certainly become more vocal about support of elective late term abortion and is resistant to any reasonable restrictions.maineman » 07 Oct 2023, 7:28 am » wrote: ↑ I am a Democrat and have been since before the Roe decision. "The Democratic Party strongly and unequivocally supports Roe v Wade and a woman's right to choose a safe and legal abortion, regardless of ability to pay, and we oppose any and all efforts to weaken or undermine that right."maineman » 07 Oct 2023, 10:12 am » wrote: ↑ quote the 2020 democratic platform section that "celebrates abortion" or the section that "compares women unable to get abortions to slavery" or retract your statement

I don't see any language to indicate they might support any limitations or restrictions on abortion, including late term elective abortions. Father does something to piss off his 9 month pregnant partner, she has access to an evil form of vengeance. She can murder the unborn child out of spite and democrats would support the act per platform. Even insure it was paid if the murderous mommy was financially troubled.
Another person's opinion should never determine humanity. If the mother wants the child then killing it is murder. If the mother wants to kill the kid, it changes from murder to a civil right. Too much like the status African Americans enjoyed in antebellum America. Slave owners had the opinion blacks were less than human, could be tortured and killed without penalty. Blacks living outside of slave states were considered fully human and killing them was murder. We should have learned from history that humanity shouldn't be determined by geography or opinion. Unborn deserve human rights.Z09 » 07 Oct 2023, 11:07 am » wrote: ↑ Ever noticed?
In California you can have an abortion anytime. .
But if I murder a pregnant woman I get charged with 2 murders...
Makes a lot of sense huh?
At what trial, hotshot?murdock » 07 Oct 2023, 10:46 am » wrote: ↑ Yeah, like im gonna be at that trial.
The most ignorant comment to date.
Celebration is from individuals, not part of the platform. Those that celebrate their abortions are welcomed and supported in democrat circles. I have heard failing to recognize body autonomy regularly compared to slavery.maineman » 07 Oct 2023, 11:12 am » wrote: ↑ I am missing the celebratory aspect of your assertion. Also, any mention of slavery. Will those quotes be forthcoming?

Admittedly rare but hypothetically possible. A doctor could perform such a procedure and be in no legal jeopardy. Gosnell only got in trouble for delivering babies and letting them die in closets. If he had "humanely" dispatched the kids in the womb he would not have been charged.maineman » 07 Oct 2023, 11:15 am » wrote: ↑ oh, and do you have ANY single solitary case where a nine month pregnant expectant mother murdered her child as vengeance against her partner and was not charged with a crime for doing so?
Abortions should be mandatory for Democrats.maineman » 07 Oct 2023, 7:28 am » wrote: ↑ I am a Democrat and have been since before the Roe decision. And you are a lying sack of ****. There is never, under any circumstances, a need to abort a 9 month term baby.maineman » 07 Oct 2023, 11:15 am » wrote: ↑ oh, and do you have ANY single solitary case where a nine month pregnant expectant mother murdered her child as vengeance against her partner and was not charged with a crime for doing so?
