Apparently,
this lowlife animal had a criminal history of sex related crimes...... Short of inserting a tracking chip in their brains or an ankle bracelet for 24/7 monitoring that cannot ever be removed, it will never be safe for society to have these dangerous predators living amongst us...
I really don't think any type of medication or therapy treatments can change what these people are... Their deviant attractions & behaviors are ingrained in their psyche --- it's what they are.
