By my math, they intend to take out 94% - not 90.
According to multiple sources which include the georgia guide stones and some bill gates and prince andrew quotes, they're looking to go down to 500 million - not 800.

Writer Michael Ventura wrote a similar article in his column Letters at 3 AM
about 13 years ago in the liberal Austin Chronicle.
How the elites only need:
1. A professional class...Drs, lawyers, engineers etc
2. A managerial working class...plumbers, electricians, insurance adjusters, managers, etc
3. A labor class
The rest are the ""clutter class""...useless.
He then proposed the clutter class was about 50% of humanity....how will they be disposed of?
