It's been out there as an allegation for a long time, and many on here have staunchly pushed back against it saying it was totally unsubstantiated.

The Atlantic's editor wrote an article based on "anonymous sources"..

Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Atlantic and the journalist responsible for the “bombshell” report that President Trump disparaged America’s war dead, conceded that anonymous sources were “not good enough” in reporting such as his.

“I share that view that it’s not good enough. But, you know, like other reporters, I’m always balancing out the moral ambiguities and complications after anonymous sourcing with the public’s right to know,” Goldberg said during a Monday evening interview on MSNBC’s “All In with Chris Hayes.”

Hayes raised the issue of using unnamed sources with Goldberg while discussing his most recent article, in which he relied on four anonymous accounts.

Goldberg then conceded that questions about anonymous sources were “reasonable” to raise, adding that he thought it was fine to “ask why people who have had direct exposure to Donald Trump, who know what Donald Trump has said, who know what Donald Trump has done, but won’t simply come out and say it.”

"Anonymous sources do have credibility"..

Yeah..
That's funny Maineman
Mainstain needs to produce some evidence other than just a he said she said **** piece from The Atlantic.

We all know how much he wants to see the evidence.

Fake News. Trump loves the military, and they love him. Not the woke pieces of **** but the real patriots.

Debunked?  Hardly.  John Kelly totally confirms what we all knew:  Donald Trump thinks he's smarter than everybody in DoD, and that anyone who puts their lives on the line for their country is a sucker.

I can remember when, as a pro-military guy, I was a rarity in the Democratic Party.  Back in the day, the GOP was historically the party that stood behind our military.  Now, they cower behind the clown who kneels in front of Putin.

When nuclear annihilation is a legitimate risk, some level of diplomacy and discretion is needed. I recall democrats calling for war with Russia over allegations they were paying the Taliban bounties for killing US soldiers. We are not just paying bounties to Ukraine, we are giving then weapons, logistics, and intelligence.  We need to stop this before it expands into nuclear confrontation. If it takes a little kneeling, fine. We have a lot of unceremonious dick waving and failures of diplomacy to apologize for.

Funny...I am a pretty hawkish democrat, and have been so for a long long time, and I don't recall my party EVER calling for the United States to go to war with Russia.

But, regardless....you advocate the president go on a global "apology tour"?  Where would you start?

Russia. 500,000 reasons to apologize. Most killed with nato supplied munitions, primarily American. The war was wholly avoidable.
